I waited a week for them to come do yearly maintenance on my ac. They came and ever since they left the unit won't turn on. I waited 5 days for them to come and break my ac, I am now waiting on any response from them. 4 hours later, Tom says that he won't be able to send anyone out today or tomorrow. He says I don't understand how AC s work so he doesn't feel any obligation to prioritize what their technician might have broken yesterday. I told him that I don't think he understands how statistics work and how it's too much of a coincidence for his technician to not probably be at fault. He doesn't care about customer service so we sit in the heat. My ac unit wouldn't turn on after their technician left on Wednesday, today is Friday, in the 90s and all Tom has told us is that he will not be sending anyone this week. So I had to call another company so that we might have some relief from the heat over the weekend.

We have been extremely happy with Monar Air Conditioning!! We have transferred to them from another company that was unsatisfactory. Monar A/C is very professional, thorough, on time, they provide excellent A/C services, fair & effective pricing, and they follow up with you to make sure everything is working well. Two of our neighbors recommended them & I’m so happy they did- because now we are set with stellar air conditioning services!! Thank you Monar Air!!

Prompt, Professional and reliable! Ronnie came out to service my AC unit. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We felt at ease with him right away! I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company and Ronnie. My only regret is not using them sooner. They just earned a loyal customer for life!
