Joe takes his work seriously and did an amazing job! Not only did he do a great job, but also provided excellent customer service. I would and already have recommended him to others. Will be going back in the future. Thanks!

Flawless did a great job on my wife's car! They mailed me a gift certificate for Mother's day, and were great to work with. Would definitely do business with them again!

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Joe at Flawless Auto Detail! In short, it was FLAWLESS! I did my research and everything that Joe told me matched what I learned. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. In fact, I need to applaud his honesty--I was considering getting the interior protected and Joe asked me a series of questions about who would be in the car, what it was going to be used for, etc. and he actually told me that in his opinion, the interior protection was not needed. Very, very few people--in my experience at least--would be that honest! Joe was flexible and the whole process went off like clockwork. The communication was great as was his work. I had to drive from Buffalo to Rochester to work with Joe and I'm so glad that I did! In talking to Joe I could tell that cars are his passion and I'm thrilled that I trusted mine with him!

Would give them more stars if possible. Joe at Flawless Auto Detail is not only a detail guru but he is also a mentor. If you are looking to learn about detailing in general, how to properly wash a car, or just looking to have your car cleaned and taken care of. You have to give Joe a call. His work is amazing and his pricing is fair. He is very flexible with his schedule as well and will work to accommodate you whether its the middle of the week or a Sunday morning.
