The hired cleaning job with PuroClean was a seamless and professional customer service experience from start to finish. The first phone call to them I was greeted by Teresa, a very helpful member of their team, who politely and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I had a few courteous follow-up calls to ensure all my concerns were addressed but never felt pressured or pushed only sincere and genuinely helpful associates to help me make an informed decision.
When the clean-up day came I was given a reminder call the day before and the day of to advise they were ready to be there at the designated time frame. The crew was punctual, courteous, friendly, and above all professional. The group was led by Tony and his wonderful assistants, Cody B. and Kim D. The end results were beyond anything I could ever imagine! The cleaning was done efficiently, discreetly, and more importantly exceeded my expectations of the end result.
I would highly recommend PuroClean to anyone needing a professional biohazard clean-up as I needed. You will be pleasantly surprised by their affordable pricing for the detail clean-up work they do.
