Great company. I met Troy from a recommendation from a neighbor of mine that was having his roof looked at. We had a decent storm come through but after a visual inspection I determined there was no damage. I was chatting with Karl, my neighbor about how much damage he had and that the insurance company had already sent a check. I decided to give Pachner a call after finding out they gave free inspections. Turns out I did not know what I was looking at. The insurance company paid to replace my roof, windows, gutters, and a few other items from the recent storm. I am currently working with them to pick out a new roof product and have already ordered new Pella windows! They move fast, which is good because I travel a lot for work. Outside of all the above and the knowledge from Pachner, Troy is a great guy. Works hard all summer then finds time to coach high school basketball in the winter. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

Very professional and easy to talk to ! Takes care of you and treats you very well, takes you through step by step on their procedures ! Very likable and would highly recommend !

What a great experience, so easy! Pachner’s personnel were so helpful! They recognized that I had storm damage from the recent storm and assisted me with the insurance company who ended up paying for a full roof replacement! Start to finish, these guys are great!!
