Called had a few questions about some car parts, talked to Danielle and she was amazing! Was very helpful and answered everything I needed to know! She was amazing

I went there to sell my car. And I just moved into the area ( Hyde Park) and I didn't know where to park. So I go in where it says Matt's Ised Auto Parts. And I realize that I couldn't park in there so I am trying to reverse and then this man starts yelling at me that I can't park there and I said ok I am sorry I will move and then he starts cursing and yelling again saying that they are closing soon and then he told his co workers that he couldn't believe that people were still coming in.this place closes at 5pm and it was 4:45pm when I got there so I still had time. So I start yelling at him too and I say to him that he doesn't need to be so rude! Keep in mind that I was moving my car and I had my two little girls with me. Then the owner comes out and he starts yelling that I can't park there mean while there is a guy with a tractor behind me and other cars behind me that I couldn't move my car. So I start yelling back at him too. I was so angry at this point that I just wanted to leave but I needed to get ride of my car.
At the end the owner was polite and said to me that I shouldn't yell anymore and I told him that he should do the same!
Horrible service in the beginning owner was nice at the end but it didn't really matter because first impression is what matters. All of the men employees were ASSHOLES Sorry but it is the only word to describe them. It's seems like an ok place but I would not recommend it for its service. If they keep acting that way they are going to loose many customers!
TWO SUGGESTIONS FOR THIS PLACE
1. PUT A SIGN UP THAT IS BIG ENOUGH FOR PEOPLE TO KNOW WHERE TO PARK!!!!!!!
2. TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BE RESPECTFUL TO OTHERS!!!!!!!response / report this review -

Needed a seat out of an obscure car and this place had it. Price was very reasonable. Got to pick it myself which was probably the most excitement I've had in a long while. Felt like a kid again. Trotting through woods and over mangled wrecks. I was blown away by their inventory. Drove over an hour from Norwalk to get there and it was worth it. Everyone up there seems much nicer than other parts of NY that I've been to. This will be my go to place from now on! Quite sure they have just about every car made in the past 50 years

If I could post 0 stars I would. They wanted me to know exactly what I was looking for but they didn't know anything about what I needed and I thought it was a pick and pull now you have to get escorted up to the area you need parts. That was the second time I went there within 2 years and the first time was better this last visit made me not want to go back and I'm not even the type to complain but this truly sucked.

Great service. Needed used doors and the staff was helpful from when I called to when I went there to get the doors. Prices were great also.

Highly expensive for parts. Many other yards out there that are cheaper. Recommend to shop around first. This guy Matt hiked up the prizes.

These guys really helped me out. They didn't give me any bullshit like alot of,mechanics do. Joe the mechanic there is such and nice guy. They are a lot cheaper than almost anyone around and that really helped since i didn't want to spend almost a grand fixing what needed to be fixed. You get what you pay for but they did a quality job for the $70 and hour they charge. And they have most of the parts you need especially since they have the junk yard. I will be going back.
