I love my car but they didn't do everything I had in my build when they said they had everything and car cost more than expected due to not having everything I asked for and don't like anyone here except the service department the service advisor is awesome everyone else doesn't care except for the money as soon as I gave them the check only one who seems to care is brittany

If you are thinking of purchasing a Honda, go see Brecken. He is such a good person. He was patient and I always felt welcomed by him when I walked into the showroom. He also will not forget who you are the moment the sale has been made. I had issues with my vehicle that had nothing to do with him and he never "blew me off" when I would reach out to him. So if you want a good sales experience see Brecken!

Stay away!!!! My car was never cleaned before my purchase. I mentioned it several times. Decided I would just clean it myself to avoid any more endless waiting. They had so much going on and rushed me through and even had the wrong lender for my insurance. They forgot to print out the correct information. Also the car was suppose to be a great deal come to find out they charged me more for the car than was put on their website. I did call to complain but didn't get me far. I've also had to bring it in for a few different issues. Today I find out that they overfilled the oil and It was leaking from being overfilled. Good thing someone else was doing the oil change.

Excellent experience at Lia Honda of Kingston! They all worked as a team to try and make us happy and comfortable with our purchase! Brecken was so down to earth and did great with getting us what we needed! It was so nice to have the whole team come and introduce themselves to us, including Mike the manager! Plus, they were all so funny and nice! They have definitely pulled us from our local Honda dealership!

We had a great experience at Lia Honda of Kingston. Anna-Stesia was a very low pressure knowledgeable salesperson. She wanted nothing more then to make us happy. She was in no way the typical pushy salesperson. Randy the sales manager was also great, down to earth people, Randy was very easy to work with and we were able to get a fantastic car at a great price with a great trade in price. We went to buy my wife an Odyssey, but when my time is up I'll be back for a newer Accord.

I was taking my son back to college in Vermont from Maryland. My 2010 Odyssey had the "check engine" light turn on in New Paltz. I called Debbie Gambino in the Service Dept on Saturday morning. She worked to fit me in and then after the team diagnosed the issue, they also recommended a timing belt change. I was 45,000 miles over due.

I rented a car to take my son to school and 6 hours later when I returned, and everything was ready. I was able to return home the same day with the fabulous service that Debbie coordinated with the service team. Thank you very much.

Always helpful. Excellent auto repair work. Very courteous. Sue Kelly is polite and will explain to me what to expect. I have been going to Honda of Kingston for at least 20 years. This is my second Honda car. Hopefully, I will buy a new CRV in the spring.
