Fit my children in for an appointment the same day I called and were very patient with my son who hates haircuts. Very accommodating. Did a great job cutting my son's hair. Would definitely go back!

There before 7:30 on a weekday and they have the door locked. Last customer supposed to be taken 20 minutes before closing. Not even a sorry (staff inside). Don't think I'll be coming here anymore.

This one is difficult for me.
Even though the personnel that cut my hair is always nice. The ones at the register is cold and only really wants my money I suppose and I dont understand why the cost of a hair cut is so,l much. I go there bc it is convenient, but I think I need to find a new place IF ONE exists that If I pay $60. for an hours worth of work.. Granted it only takes less than 15", and the rate if pay vs what I get paid for an hour of work is OUTRAGIOUS!..
But I guess it is what it is

This is the best place to go and get your haircut, tanning and waxing. The staff is always pleasant and are always willing to help you when needed. I always get friendly service and the staff are always smiling. I would always recommend Fantastic Cuts in New Windsor. Love this place.

If you go to get a haircut avoid this place at all costs. The hairdresser named Laura shouldn't be trusted with a spoon let a alone a pair of scissors . She was blatantly rude,disrespectful,and overall a low class indidvidual. I went in to show her my mullet style hair and she said it didn't look like a mullet, yet in actuality I looked like Eugene from the walking dead and or Billy ray Cyrus. She then proceeded to laugh with the other hairdressers(sheep shearers)and I honestly have never witnessed such disregard for a paying customer. If I could give a zero star review I would! She should be fired,so the other hairdressers don't suffer for this crude inconsiderate foul woman.
