Amazing food and super cool vibe. Best place I've eaten in Damascus:)
Wonderful food. Great Service. They now serve beer and wine
My wife and I visited this place on October 14 and were very happy with our food and service. The pork chop that night wad one of the best I've ever had and my wife's meal was quite delicious as well. Up until that point, we did not have great service anywhere in that area of Virginia, but the wait staff was very friendly and eager to help in any way. A small error occurred on our bill where I had been double charged and the manager very quickly responded and apologized profusely.
We will definitely be back!
Very cute homey little coffee shop! Excellent food and quick service! Price varies
Hiked south into Damascus and had a latte. Returned for lunch and pulled pork sandwich. Excellent with healthy servings.
I had the shrimp and grits after a trip down the Creeper, and it was excellent. I wouldn't call them "low country." They were more like New Orleans or Cajun style, with plenty of heat. I will definitely eat here again my next time in town.
I found hair in my breakfast. Dirty place. Two thumbs down. Thank goodness the department of health is investigating this place. Just gross!
We were in this area for three days and either breakfast or dinner there every day, sometimes both! Hard-working friendly staff and food is excellent. This is by far the best place to eat in town! I can't wait to come back and order the excellent shrimp and grits. My husbands New York strip was awesome also. You can't go wrong with this place for any meal!
Relaxed hiker atmosphere, quick service with filling food. Some signs say they stop serving at 5, but the doors are open to 9. Also, good WiFi.
Mojo's Trailside Cafe is the absolute best restaurant in Damascus! A MUST stop on the VA Creeper Trail/Appalachian Trail. My husband and I try to frequent here as much as possible. Breakfast and lunch are fantastic BUT THAT DINNER MENU! First of all, John always switches the dinner options up but secondly (AND MOST IMPORTANTLY) its delicious! Y'all have GOT to try this place and I don't blame you if you go for breakfast, lunch and dinner all in one day. We have. Don't forget about LOCALLY MADE dessert. You just can't go wrong here. Plus, the staff is always friendly. Just can not say enough good things about this place.
Came off of the trail, hungry and wanting some coffee this place had both, the special was outstanding and the coffee worth coming back for People working here are great
Breakfast (huevos rancheros) and my post-ride smoothie and soup (Italian Peasant) were all fresh and delicious. Nice service and atmosphere too. Definitely recommend!
This place was awesome! It's been a couple months so I don't recall exactly what we had, but I believe it was a delicious sandwich and a lovely salad. Also I believe there's a delicious side I just don't remember specifically what it was either. I do know that I'm very much hoping they will become a permanent restaurant in the area. This location was right on the Virginia Creeper Trail and we stopped there on our bikes. The Ambiance was delightful, a simple country sort of atmosphere. Go out of your way to eat here you have to. It is well worth the trip.
