We had an enjoyable time here! The first floor is live entertainment with the dueling pianos, and the second floor is DJ based dancing. Great mix of dance music was played upstairs. For some reason, they start clearing the place around 1AM.
This place seems like it is about to close, it used to be a great place with an awesome atmosphere. I would not recommend going here first if you are walking around trying new places, don't expect much more than just an average place.
Fun energetic piano players. Repetitive at times if you go frequently. The kind of place that's fun if you haven't gone in like 3 months. DJ upstairs too. Small food menu, but food is good. Drinks are good too.
Loved this place! I was visiting Grand Rapids from the Detroit Metro area & I had a GREAT time! The food was delicious, the staff was great, the wine was great & the dueling piano entertainment was fantastic!! I wish there was a Mojo's here in the Detroit area!!
The music is great and the guys that play are funny. The place is often packed on the weekends. Drinks aren't the best though. I ordered a Long Island and the entire drink was poured out of a single bottle. It wasn't very good either. 3 stars for the drinks. 5 stars for the band. Get there before 6 if you want a seat.
We arrived at 7:15 when it wasn't busy, but service was awful. It took our drinks (draft beers) half an hour to get to us! We didn't even place our food orders till an hour in because our waitress never came to the table. By that time the place was busy. Why wouldn't you have more waitresses on a Friday night? Very disappointed and won't be coming back.
Great time! What a blast! The musicians are so talented and fun. Will stop here anytime we are in the area.
Super fun atmosphere. Great music, fun crowds on weekends. Big shout out to Brenna behind the bar for being superb at her job.
Definitely a fun place for whatever mood your in. Dancing upstairs with live entertainment downstairs. Cover is normally cheap. Drinks are reasonably priced. Not a fan of the "no hat rule". Guess that's they're way of making it classy
"My friend and I got there pretty late, an hour before last call. We sat down at the long tables facing the stage just laughed and talked. Around 20 mins after we got drinks, the security guard tapped me on my shoulder and told me and my friend that they were closing and it was time for us to go. He walked past probably 10-15 people before he approached us, and didn't say a word to anyone else. I'm not sure if this was a racial thing seeing as I was the only other black person there, or if it was bc my friend is a bit older than me? I'm not sure, but I won't be coming back here again. The security guard is a tall guy with thick eye brows.
The music sucked too. This place sucks, honestly." This was my post a few months ago. I want to say that after going to this bar two times recently my opinion has changed. The upstairs is lively and a bad ass time. The MUSIC is the BEST IN TOWN. As you can see the whole upstairs is dancing and having a good time. It is extremely hard to get a drink upstairs so pregame before you get up there. I will definitely be coming back. Great music, good vibes.
Visited for a friend's bachelor party. Upon entry, I was separate at the door from my friends for about 10 mins because there was enough room for them to enter, but not me. Then once seated a waitress spilled a cup of water in the table drenching not only me but my 2 phones. She proceeded to apologize to everyone but me (although I was the only one who got wet) I will not be returning to this establishment.
Exactly the atmosphere we were looking for ! Fun, Loud, drinks, musical comedy and bartenders who are quick and efficient.

How old do you feel at heart? Now add that to how old you actually are. Multiply that by 2. This is how old you will feel when the music starts pounding your ear drums to death with familiar and nostalgic melodies. There are two age groups here, 21-25 and over 40. If you fall outside of that you may feel out of place. But, if you aren't a wet blanket like I am, you'll probably still have fun.
Had a great time at Mojo's. We started upstairs and had a few drinks and then ended up downstairs about about 3 hours listening to a variety of songs played by on the piano.
The drinks were good and prices affordable. The only thing we wish they had open a little later was the kitchen but we ate next door so it worked out. Looking forward to my next visit!
