Had such a great time here! Very fun atmosphere with tasty food and a young professional crowd! Salsa was a ton of fun! Bill for 2 was about $60

Recommend the chocolate shots. The papas rellenos were delicious. There were 4 papas that come on the plate, and the dipping sauce made it even better. Great dinner entree (can't remember at the moment), but I got the 14oz steak with vegetables and seasoned potatoes. The sweetened plantains were delicious. My only minor complaint which prevents a 5 star is the food wasn't very warm. The papas and my entree were more or less lukewarm.

Cuban food always reminds me of Miami Beach, and this place did that exactly. The food and rum made for one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The bartender tried to convince me that all Havana Club rum is made in Puerto Rico though; but I can't fault the restaurant for that, especially since he made a great choice to have instead.

The food and staff was amazing. Sadly they market the food as Cuban and it is focused on Spanish cuisine. All and all a very good experience. The 50/50 sangria is amazing. Salmon is to die for.

I was excited to try it, love Cuban food. It was ok. It's a production, they move people through! The pork dish was dry and nothing special at all. The Duck was good, but again not special. The soups were standard, the Black Bean soup not anything special. My ex-wife makes a much better black bean soup! I really wanted to like ti more. The service was pretty good, but they brought the main course within minutes of bringing the soup and appetizer. The mussels we very good! They were the redeeming part of the meal. Bottom line, it's fine but I had several better meals when I visited Detroit. I would not go back unless maybe I lived in the city and was running out of options.

Beautiful place and wonderful food. It's got a price to it, but it's worth it with good quality food and big servings! This (as a Cuban) definitely tastes close to home! The dance floor is small but wonderful!

The restaurant is so accommodating. I dropped in unannounced with 22 people celebrating my 40th and they were kind enough to squeeze us in. I was so impressed that I decided to have them host my mother's birthday dinner the following day. Food was AMAZING and very authentic! One word Paella 🥘!!!! Thanks Vicente!!!

Excellent service, tapas, cocktails, ambiance, live music, and food. The food is out of this world. Amazing flavors. I saw on the menu they have listed the items that are gluten free. I appreciate that since members of my family have an allergy. I can't wait for my next visit. I would make a suggestion off the menu but everything I have had is exceptional.response / report this review -

The food never disappoints. Love the Cuban tamales! I would recommend going a Friday or Saturday evening closer to 9pm you can enjoy your meal and stay for salsa lessons. A lot of fun.

I had my birthday party there and I just want to say the manager has a NASTY attitude. They were super unorganized, they charged me a cake fee for bringing my own cake and I had to fight with her to take it off because it wasn't mentioned to me when I booked the reservations. I wanted all of my party to sit together but if you have more than 15 people they charge you a banquet fee which is at least 42 dollars a person and they limit your menu options and everyone must have the same thing. I decided to do 2 separate tables so everyone can order what ever they want off the menu and I asked them specifically to put the tables near each other at least 10 times. She put us on opposite sides of the restaurant. Also she would not seat us until my WHOLE PARTY was there, again I had to argue with her to seat us because everyone was waiting outside. I'm not impressed with how they "organized" eveything and the manager was very very rude with me instead of being helpful and allowing my night to be stress free. The food and the entertainment was absolutely superb and a lot of fun. I just wish the staff was more respectful and organized.

Great environment, the food is ok. We order a Paella, I do not recommend this dish; I asked Paella to share with my nice (Is a lot of food for one person, my personal opinion) and then, they charged, $30 for each one of us, then, you can't share without paying for the additional person, be careful with that. And also I had probably high expectations of the food; I didn't like it at all and I felt sick next day. I am thinking could be the food, I may be wrong.
One of my friends recommended me "Sangria" knowing how much I like it. It wasn't good to my taste. I suggest you to asked for a sample before to order to be sure that you like it.
My aunt asked for Orange duck and it was great, my other two friends said their food was good.
The service was ok, the waiter came one time after we order the food and that's it.
I did like the environment and music. I'll go again just to be with friends and I'll eat just a simple knowing food, like salad or so.

“Christmas Break Happy Hour”
We had been wanting to try Roast happy hour for a bit. We finally made it work during the holidays. The food was very good and larger portions than we expected. Good wine choices and even through the speciality drinks were not included they were reasonably priced. Pleasant atmosphere and attentive staff.
