Possibly the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everything is beyond delicious, even the caesar salad was better than any other I’ve ever had. Everything about the experience is topshelf. If you’re willing to pay for it, it’s completely worth it.

Very disappointing. No ambiance and the chicken was tasteless. I was hoping for a great, tasty experience. I might be willing to try the beef one day, however due to the reviews. Perhaps I should have read those reviews prior to ordering.

Stopped in for happy hour and had the Roast Burger with rosemary fries. The bar menu was half price, you won’t find a better burger and fries anywhere at full price. Came back the following night for dinner And had the seasonal pasta, it was amazing!

My first experience here for my birthday and I absolutely enjoyed the service. The staff is more than kind and professional. The food is amazing. I could not ask for a better place for my bday celebration with my fiancée. Thank you Roast Detroit for this enjoyable moment

Their aged rib-eye is one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. All of the meats here are incredible, as is their happy hour menu for cheap, high-quality food. Decent cocktails also but the food is the star attraction here.

When I was new to #Detroit and staying downtown, I stopped by Roast for dinner at the bar and ended up having the best conversation with a musician and maybe a sound engineer? in town for gig at the Fox Theater. It turns out I was hanging with Josh Epstein from JR JR very fun considering we are at least a generation apart in age! The moral of the story is go to Roast and have a delicious cocktail from an excellent bartender, order a great steak, and keep your eyes open because you never know who might end up sitting next to you!

Wonderful place for celebrations & special occasions. Definitely pricey, but well worth it. Every cocktail and dish was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend the brussels sprouts and the filet.

The atmosphere was fantastic and the service was top-notched. But the reason we visited was for the food. It was worth going to. Our whole table had different cuts of steak that were cooked to perfection. The whole experience from appetizers to desserts was why I rate this place with 5 stars.

One of my favorite spots for happy hour of all time! Everything on the food menu is great! They have amazing drink specials, the Rioja Tempranillo is the best. I always order it when I go!

I'm in Detroit for work every month or so and I usually come here at least twice. The bar staff is amazing. Super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and always ready with a recommendation for a cocktail, beer, or from the food menu. The wings are amazing, and the Brussels Sprout side dish is a must.

This is an upscale restaurant, and I have had impeccable service both times that I've been here. If you are looking for a nice steakhouse, this is the place for you. I am not a steak eater myself, and I have found the other entrees to be tasty, but uninspired. You HAVE TO get dessert though. Their pastry chef is amazing. Last time I was there, I had The Bar and the daily creme brulee, and they were both unforgettable.
