Modern Communications gets several thumbs up from me. My phone has accidents sometimes, and that probably won't stop anytime soon. But I have been taking whatever phone I've had, iPhone or Android, to the store for awhile. Arriving sad and leaving happy. Not only does everyone know their stuff, but they can explain it, and are only ever interested in best idea for the customer's satisfaction. Thanks guys for the work you do.

This was by far the worst level of customer service I have experienced. The employee gave me a time frame to have my phone repaired and completely left the building with my phone locked up without even finishing the rest epair. I went to retrieve my phone the next day despite having business to tend to that previous day but was unable to because my phone was locked up. I spoke with the manager Crane that day with no resolve. He basically asked me what he wanted me to do with a very arrogant and condescending tone without offering up any resolve for my inconvenience. When I offered him ways I felt could resolve my problem such as speedy service or discounted price he refused. You try to support small businesses as opposed to franchises and corporations and this is the level of customer service you receive after being inconvenienced by his employee a whole day. If you want professionalism this is not the place to go visit other locations in Tallahassee or just call Apple!!!

I always have a great experience here. They have fixed many of my phones, I've bought phones here, and I've bought phone and electronic accessories. Everyone is always extremely personable and friendly. Also, repairs are always done in a timely manner and done well. I would not go anywhere else because of the great service I have experience here!

I've been a customer of Modern Communications for many years now. Had phones for my son's as they have grown up, had repairs, and given countless referrals

Crane is the "go-to phone guy" that comes to mind you tell everyone about when someone drops their phone, or is asking about getting off contracts. He's the kind of small business, blue collar working man you trust because he actually works in his own store. He isn't going to BS you into benefiting his own pocket. He'll tell you what's best for YOU.

Crane also has great staff that he trains regularly on the never ending, fast paced world of technology and the market of repair. Brandon and Jeff have also been there for quite some time which means something is being done right!

You can stop by Modern Communications at the Tallahassee Mall and go through a pretty large assortment of cases, chargers, screen protectors, just about anything you could need for your phone plus helpful advice. The people are cool, and genuinly helpful.

A 100% well rounded, Tallahassee staple.
