We had always used Mitch but this time round it was not a good experience , he quoted us one price then ended up charging hundreds more for my missionary car that needed fixed. Car still sounds as if it is not running smooth hope it works . Just a bummer with thanksgiving around the corner a little warning on the price would have been nice.

Quality service at a lower price than any other shop I could find. I worked with Doc who was very friendly and very helpful. I will be returning here for any future car needs

I've only had my oil changes done here. So nothing too complicated. But they do a great job. Very friendly. Price was lower than the quick oil shops around town. Not as quick, but provided a better quality service. I will continue to go here.

Mitch was awesome to work with! No one else would work on my AC, but Mitch diagnosed the problem right and fixed it! We didn't have to wait to long and he has great customer service! Nice guy! Not too expensive either!

MITCH is a lazy, LIAR, LOSER. he'll let your car sit for 3 days til you call him or go see him and then he'll feel forced to work on it. Then he'll complain for 3 hours about how everyone treats him so bad. SHUT DOWN MITCH AND GO BACK TO GEORGIA SO WE DON'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOUR WHINING 8 YEAR OLD MOUTH. he needs to Fire Doc. Both are Liars, and Lazy Losers. I paid $500 for a brand new air conditioning system that DOES NOT EVEN WORK! He can't even DIAGNOSE it because it's far to complicated for him. He actually ignored the factory actuator sticker on the refrigerant capacity and put in too much. First, he said it's the Control panel.. NOPE! BOUGHT TWO, THE COMPRESSOR CLUTCH STILL DOES NOT ENGAGE. Then Second, he tells "Doc" to look at it because "Doc knows electrical" and Doc says "it's the ECM" so, go get one from the wrecking yard" so I drove up to Taylorsville because that's the closest place with one available. Then they inform me it won't work unless it's reprogrammed. Another $130! So I did that. STILL MY A/C CLUTCH DOES NOT WORK! I DID ALL THAT BECAUSE I TRUSTED MITCH. BUT OF COURSE, HE LIED. Go see Mitchs Auto works IF you want to be LIED to, WASTE SEVERAL DAYS FOR NOTHING, AND THROW MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE ON A,WORTHLESS MECHANICS ASSUMPTIONS. And Yes, my air conditioning compressor clutch STILL DOES NOT ENGAGE.

We had some work done recently on our Jeep and everything turned out fantastic. Over the phone we had a miscommunication where some extra work was done that we were not expecting and he refunded us the labor cost for that service. Mitch is a stand up guy.

Mitch is awesome, could rave all day about. Always tells you exactly what he's doing and gives you the best deals on parts & labor. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants fast reliable service.

I wouldn't trust anybody other than Mitch to work on my Cadillac! His prices are fair and his work is true. The knowledge he has is something you don't find with other technicians. Where others will just "do the job", Mitch will perform the repair correctly and has the smarts and experience that adds the cherry on top of his work.
