There could not be a better car dealership that gives you the attention and care and deals that make your experience there a total joy and fun and safe with all your questions answered ..with everybody friendly, not just your own salesman but our guy Mike provided our second car purchase even better than the first one!! my 75-year-old cousin got exactly the truck he was looking for and a price that was reduced before his very eyes with extra cleanup provided, And new tires and a check up which would let him know that his trip to Washington would be totally safe and hasslefree, you just got to try these guys because they’re all friendly and nice and kind and dealmakers with the good deal happening on YOUR side of the negotiation If I know anybody that needs a car believe me I will again take them right to Karl Malone in Heber and I will take them personally right to Mike, Who is a total sweetheart !! While I was there helping my cousin buy a truck, Mike took MY car out back and checked it over put the right air in the tires and filled up all the fluids that the car needed ..wow !! Couldn’t have asked for a better deal or a better experience❤️

My wife and I had been looking for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan to be able to haul around the kids. We found one out of state for a pretty good price but, before purchasing it, I decided to give the local boys a call at Karl Malone Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Heber to see if they could do better for me. I spoke with Bill and he, along with Bruno, instantly got to work looking for the vehicle we wanted. Not only did they find the exact style van we wanted, with more upgrades, but also for almost $1,000 less than the one out of state. The fact that it was at a Honda dealership in Ogden didn't slow them down. They immediately acquired the van from the other dealer and within 24 hours Bruno delivered it to my house so my wife could test drive it after work. This high level of customer service never stopped and I could go on and on listing all of the instances where the team at Karl Malone Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Heber went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. But long story short, it was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer. The icing on the cake??. their Finance team got us a loan with an interest rate half what our Credit Union had offered us. And the loan is still with our Credit Union!
I want to thank everybody at Karl Malone Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Heber, but especially Bill and Bruno. I've purchased cars before at different dealerships and typically it's a stressful, unpleasant, drawn out experience that leaves you exhausted. That was not the case this time. We were really excited to get this new vehicle for our family and Bill and Bruno made the experience fun, easy and quick! Thank you guys so much!

We drove from Salt Lake to Heber and It was well worth the drive. We called ahead and spoke with David, the general manager. He was very helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and searched for it. (Something other dealerships we called would not do) The communication with him was seamless.
When we arrived we were greeted by another sales rep, who was very kind and courteous. David and Bruno were great! We were out of there in less than two hours. Best experience I've ever had buying a car! Thanks guys!

I went to the Karl Malone dealership with recommendations from 3 different friends and now I know why it was so highly recommended. Every person I delt with was beyond awesome! There was absolutely NO pressure from salesmen and David spent more than his fair share of time searching car fax and different payment options and made sure I felt 100% comfortable and confident in my purchase. After I agreed to buy my truck they re-detailed it for me and went over every bell and whistle the truck had to make sure it was in mint condition and assuring I knew everything about the rig. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle. Thanks, David and all the staff that helped.

I'm a first time buyer so I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when I went in to Karl Malone but they have an amazing staff that exceeded my expectations. With the help of Kaden and Bruno Suarez I was able to get the perfect Jeep that same day! Bruno helped me customize it better than I even intended! He even went out of his way to drop off my Jeep when it got here that same day to my work place! Not to mention the amazing rate their finance guy Gary was able to get me. These guys really do care about giving the best customer service there is! I would definitely recommend going here! (Request Bruno Suarez if you know what's good)
