They were very helpful and quick to make an appointment for me the same day. Gave me good directions on how to find them. Once I arrived, let me know where things were and was fast at getting me back on the road.

These guys were awesome to work with. No pressure to buy at all. In 36 years I have never walked away from a car deal feeling good about the deal, the treatment, the price, the car, its always something, but NOT with these guys they have it all together and is damn sure worth your drive. Amazingly very very happy.

They communicate well with the customer so the customer fully understands what is going on and then after the purchase of the vehicle they continue to make sure that the customer is satisfied and do all they can if any issues arise

Great dealer with competitive prices and good inventory. Joshua Birdzell and I talked about a wide variety of subjects related to cars. He was knowledgeable and talked to me like a normal person. It felt like I was shooting the breeze with a long-time friend. These guys will have my business very soon.

Called to work with someone I have worked with in the past and they hung up on me and freaked out. Superior customer service. What a fantastic way to run a store with bad sales people. I’ll take my business my business elsewhere instead of being a repeat to someone I worked with in the past. This store needs to train there sales people better in order to be successful. Terrible customer service

We recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from Cougar Mitsubishi. The entire experience was very positive. Our salesman, Wes Whipple, was delighful to work with. He was knowledgable about the products they had on the lot. He was professional, but very personable, and we really enjoyed our time together while we worked out the details of purchasing a car. He was patient as we took a few days to decide on exactly what we wanted. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and polite even if they weren't working with us directly.
We enjoyed test driving several models and never felt pressure to decide or make a purchase. When it came time to negotiate our best price, the experience still stayed positive and professional.
I would highly recommend our salesman, Wes Whipple to anyone who wants to look at Mitsubishi cars, and the would also recommend the dealership, Cougar Mitsubishi.response / report this review -

Cougar Mitsubishi in Springville was Amazing!!! We had a great car buying experience from the second we walked onto the lot to the time we signed the paperwork and drove off. They made our car buying experience the best we have ever encountered. No haggling necessary as they more than met our expectations of what we were expecting for our trade in to knocking off additional money on the sale of the new vehicle over and above the sale price originally given. The whole process took less than an hour. As a bonus they're giving our daughter a 100.00 check for a referral as her and her husband bought two cars from them a week apart about a month ago. What a great place to do business with. I can't wait to do business with them again!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!
Thought we were getting a GREAT deal on a Jeep! Was told it was in awesome condition with no accidents or previous issues. Took it to our mechanic and was blown away! Whole driver side had been replaced, rear end was replaced, Transmission codes had been cleared, body welds are already cracking, And we were sent on a test drive with the gas light on. Was so excited to go see these guys based on the positive reviews. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. SO GLAD I DID NOT BUY FROM HERE!response / report this review -

We got best outlander GT car and we got with excellent discount. Thanks John for all your great help.They keep their promises very well with customers and explain about pros and cons for the options we need choose.They spend quality of time ( explaining, financiaing and even with servicing) with customer's needs. We would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who want to be own Mitsubishi car as they always thrive customer satisfaction and they are loyal to customer.

These guys are so laid back, which is refreshing while looking for a new car. Not once was anybody pushy, and they created a calm and lax atmosphere from the first time I walked in the doors.
Also, they don't believe in those pesky follow up calls/service emails. Or at least they don't seem to, which is so nice! To not be bombarded with a series of phone calls in the weeks and months after buying a vehicle is hard to come by, at least in my days.
Only reason I'm giving a 4 instead of 5 is because of a physical/mechanical issue with my car. Upon test driving and looking at the car I raised a concern with the cooling system and how it wasn't running properly. Their mechanic explained how the cooling system works, which I already knew, and said that there was nothing wrong, that that's just how it works.
Two months later and I'm still having lingering issues with it.
Other than that I love my car and I feel great about buying it from a handful of helpful guys who know what they're doing without being pushy about it.response / report this review -

Excellent customer service. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and comfortable. When they say they won't pressure you into a vehicle they truly mean it. I would definitely go back and recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful! This is by far the best dealership I've ever worked with. They listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle and put me in the perfect car. Their prices are top notch. My Outlander Sport came with a beautiful clean bill of health and was detailed perfectly. Their financing was easy and fast! I never felt stressed or pressured while buying from Cougar Mitsubishi. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used car! Also their parts and service department have been wonderful to work with on the warranty I bought. I know this car and I will always be taken care of when working with Cougar Mitsubishi.
