The place to go for Indian goods. Has a lot of variety in foods. Most fruits and vegetables are cheap compared to the UTC area. They also offer a student discount if you're a UCSD student.
They carry everything that an Indian kitchen needs. Prices are competitive. They sell idli and Dosa batter and ready made chutnies. It's so convenient.
This store has a dizzying array of items related to Indian cuisine (as well as items that I haven't seen since last time I was in a grocery store in the UK). There's a wall full of naan and paneer varieties. It also has a decent selection of standard produce at very reasonable prices. The lack of some general items (or high prices on some staples) would keep me from making it my regular grocery store, but I still expect to be going here frequently.
A very popular store amongst south asian crowd for grocery supplies. Store has authentic supplies of food ranging from household spices to groceries popular in native places. All the fresh produce is also available and reasonable prices. The place has a very accessible parking structure with helpful staff
Proper Indian shopping center. Getting almost all the Indian groceries out there. Can't say it is cheaper than other Indian stores. nor costly too. But the Mall (location) by itself has a lot of great food options nearby.
The best Indian store I have seen by far. Neat, clean and friendly staff
Good place to shop for India food / grocery . Has multiple selection and offers good price range. But make sure you go on Saturday afternoon for fresh vegetables
Huge, well stocked and organised. Cleaning. Great variety. There was nothing that we needed and couldn't find for an Indian kitchen. I would think best time to visit is weekdays 3 to 5.
In case you are looking for Indian groceries in San Diego, look no further than MiraMar cash n carry. The supermarket sources spices, grain and packaged food from all over India, Pakistan and south Asia. The items are displayed and organized for easy access. The spaced out aisles and efficient check out lines remove some of the hassle associated with grocery shopping. You can refresh yourself with an ice cream or cane juice at the food counter located within the supermarket. The store has most of the vegetables used in Indian cuisine. However none of the produce is marked as organic. One stop shop for the South Asian community in San Diego.
Excellent store for all kinds of Indian grocery, v reasonable vegetables cheaper than Costco or any other store and better. Fantastic customer service.and they always order specially if I need something that is not there in the store. Fantastic collection of Indian spice's and masala's. But best is the fresh sugarcane juice with ginger and lemon available only on weekends.worth a visit !!!
This is probably one of the places you should go if you miss India. The moment you enter the store it's like you are India. You get anything and everything you could want in Indian grocery. Probably even more than you would find in 1 place in India itself.
One of the best clean, organised and SPACIOUS indian grocery store in USA. Have some good deals as well. Fresh variety of produces. I miss this store as I moved out of CA now.
A lot of options for Indian food. Great. Affordable price. Some of the fruits were not so fresh. Value for money store.
I am literally obsessed with the sandwiches. I come here at least once a week! The food is amazing and employees are so helpful. Food is a little more expensive than your average grocery store, but it's so worth it.
Awesome Indian grocery, spacious so even when there is crowd it will be a problem. Ample parking space. You get most of the Indian grocery, vegetable and spices . It is not expensive. Average pricing . The utensils and vessels seems to be bit over priced.Overall it's a good place and ice cream here is good.
