The pools are ok .. the gift shop is embarrassingly disorganized. The spa is outdated and dirty (along with the hotel). The locker room is somewhere I would not want to spend any time . The spa staff are young and have no leadership to assist with customer service ( which is a management problem not a staff problem). The maid service just emptied the trash in my room. There was also mold in the bathroom. The rooms are decent, but I would never go back. The staff /management is like the hotel “old and tired.”

What a fantastic place to come relax. Not overly busy so not to ruin our experience. Friendly staff. I received the gold facial here and the woman was amazing. I will be back and I will bring more poeple.

Outdated and expensive, we did have The suite The carpets must have just been cleaned because all The furniture was on the tables and The place smelled damp some of the sinks didn't work. They said they gave us a AWESOME deal on The room but it was not worth 300, the only reason we spent that was because we had to go to sleep we just got done driving 10+ hours and it was the last room. The rooms were probably nice in the 80s. It's nice that you can go in the springs 24 hrs, that was the best part. I've been to a lot of hot springs this was not exactly my favorite. The area doesn't have a lot of places to eat but their restaurant was good. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I actually bought 2 three day packages for this place, and gave one as a gift to my parents. The surroundings are pretty, the pools are nice, although they seem dirty and in need of some repair. The next time, I wentI agree with the other reviews that the place could use some maintenance and cleaning up, but worse than that, the maid stole my rings from the room and although I have called numerous times to get this issue resolved. I cannot seem to get any manager to call me back, or even care that this happened. To then see that I was charged twice for the room tax, and again, no one seems to care, was the topping on this. I give them 2 stars because the surroundings are very pretty. The food at the restaurant was good, although we only had one server who was attentive and in all other ways, an excellent server. One morning, I did have to ask 5 times from three different people to get me a refill on my coffee. I do not think I would return to this place. There are plenty of nicer resorts in the area where the staff seems to actually care about their clients. If they make this situation good, I will retract my review, but at this point, after trying for two solid weeks to get resolve on the theft of my jewelry resolved, I stand on my advice to stay clear of this place.

This place was great but now sufferers from deferred maintenance and a need of a full renovation. Phones don’t work so if you need to call room service or front desk you gotta use you Mobil phone. The room smells old and the theme is dated. Room service sucks so don’t waste your money. I paid over $200 per night but price and value don’t meet this rooms should not be more that $110 for a tired hotel. I would not mind to pay $200+ for a new renovated hotel. I hope the new investor gives more TLC to this place.

Spent our 19th anniversary here. We had a great time. Happy hour was fun. Our bartender Ross was friendly and made the evening more fun. Happy hour drinks and appetizers were more than yummy
    Thank you Ross

Spa resort was small. The walk up bar is great until there is no one there for an hour or so and customers leave. Suggest bringing your own drinks ( no glass by pool). All pools were warm or hot. Wish one pool was cold or even cool. Lifeguards are cool, and easy to talk to. If you have the money, rent one of the villas. Very roomy, spacious, but they feel a bit dated for how much you pay.

My boyfriend and our kids stayed here last night on a spur of the moment thing and we loved it. We called because the site said they were booked but Jim helped us out and booked a room with two queen beds and a couch bed, pool side - it was awesome. The kids got to swim for as long as they wanted as did we. We had a great time and will definitely be going back. We ran out of towels and I happened the see a staff member with towels and she gave me the entire stack. John at the front desk was very professional and friendly and everyone was very accommodating. We had an excellent experience and will definitely venture back.

A nice resort to stay to enjoy the wonderful feelings of the spring water used both in the bath and the spa's. Miracle Spring resort is located in the town of Desert Hot Springs. The resort is well maintained and the 110 rooms are well maintained and well stocked with amenities. The in house Italian restaurant Capri offers good food and drinks for both inside dining and poolside refreshments. The pool is large and Various Spa's exist for the hotel guests use. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

3 star hotel. Very good value for relaxation and rejuvenation. It has 8 mineral hot pool and 1 large warm pool. Large area of pool is 4 ft high so perfect for children. Capri restaurant has nice selection in their menu. Food and service was good. I will come back and recommend to others.

Food at the Capri Restaurant is quite good. I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 because the atmosphere and decor is more like a cheap restaurant, the legs on the chairs are not bolted on tightly, and the waiters are less than attentive. Additionally, there was a wedding reception in the ballroom next to the restaurant, and the band was so loud it was difficult to carry on a conversation with my friends. However, as I said, the food was delicious.

The massages were great. Although the locker rooms could use a bit of an update. The pools we're nice and were a variety of temperatures. There was no cold pools though. This is a family pool area so it's great for kids, although if you're looking for a quiet day by the pool this is not the place.

The place is a little dated however the customer service is amazing. The food is great and the services at the spa are great for the area. Ask for Nick if you need a great massage. He's been there a long time and is the spa's best kept secret.

The hotel itself is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and massive palm trees. The hot springs are lovely and there's a big pool. The rooms are big but not clean. There was blood on the pull out bed which was extremely uncomfortable and had no sheets or blankets. When we called for sheets the girl just quickly handed it to me through the door and didn't make the bed. We tried to call for room service around 730, no one answered. Called the front desk and was hung up on. Went to the restaurant and was completely ignored for 20 minutes (there was 2 waiters and 8 tables). Went back to the room and called again didn't get our soup until 10pm. Went for breakfast in the morning and they completely messed up my order.

TL/DR: paradise with poor service, bring your own food.
