I would not recommend this hospital to no one. The staff does not tell the truth or give out information as needed. I had surgery there in the outpatient area, and was not informed that the surgery team was all female, except my surgeon. They started to be nice at first, but after the surgery the nurse that was assigned to me after the surgery, treated me as I was burden to her. She had no concerns for my needs, while having a reaction to the meds. forced me out of the hospital, as quick as she could. And had no respect for my modesty, during this time, must not like male patients.

My sister was waiting in the emergency room for 4-5 hours with an obstruction in her intestine, bloated to the max, no patient concern what so ever. Worst experience by far. Will never return. Screeching in pain, she was completely disregarded. Then had 3 officers enter the room and said she was being too loud. Highly recommend the wausau aspirus on bridge street.(they actually had to transfer her there anyway, thank god) On top of the nurses taking their sweet time, they were also extremely rude and very very unintelligent/unprofessional. The lowest grade hospital existing. Not happy with the experience. Words can't even measure how unsatisfying that disgusting place was.

Very nice facility, big rooms and doctors and nurses who seem to care. People in radiology department were very patient with a big guy. Wouldn't hesitate to go back

My mother in law has had the most horrible experience I have ever witnessed with any hospital here. There seems to be no patient concern. They have not let her eat or drink due to surgery that has been rescheduled 6 times in last day and won't be doing it again till tomorrow. Would not help her with nausea. She was treated horribly. I will not recommend this place to anyone. They seem to take better care of their appearance than the actual patents. We asked them to call us and tell us when there was any updates and never got anyone to call. Worst experience we have ever had.

I worked at this hospital for a brief time and it was the worst experience ever. When I resigned, I was treated like I was the worst human in the world, they forgot to pay me once, I have to fight right now for my W2's which after today will be a legal matter. I have never went to St. Clares as a patient because if they can't take care of their employees, it makes you wonder if they take care of their patients. I did work with some wonderful people but my last day most of them turned on me, including my manager of the 3rd floor.I worked at Aspirus and they are top notchI go to Aspirus as a patient as well and I send all my friends and family to Aspirus. If St. Clares could get their act together especially their HR Dept it could have a turn around for them.
