  Ok first off they're the rudest people i have ever met and i have been going there for 30 years again i want to say stear clear of this place cause I've known people that have almost lost loved ones cause they were unprofessional.and as their 3 strikes out policy it is the dumbest policy I've ever heard because if you miss 3 appointments you are fired as a patient they don't care about the reason and on my 3rd strike i was sick as a dog on the day of my appointment.i told them that and they still didn't care.if i could give no stars i would

  The staff was very rude and unprofessional especially the guy taking the ex rays he was very aggressive and made my wife uncomfortable.. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Dont waste your time.

  Staff was great went into labor they allowed me to get transferred to St.Marys in Madison, Wisconsin very patient. One of the best hospitals in Wisconsin.

  The scheduling department needs help. Staff doesn't communicate with each other. I get 3 phone calls for 3 different appointment times. Do yourselves a favor and go to UW Health Madison.

  I came in years back with my wife to see her doctor. Mostly, I wanted to relay a valuable piece of information which would help her troubleshoot. Two minutes into the meeting I raised my point and she tells me to shut up and that I always have a concern. Keep in mind this is first time I've met this doctor.

  I used to love st.marys but have had sum pretty bad experiences this past year! So much that I have actually called to make a complaint, and never received a call back. They need to work on their patient services as well as address some of the nonsense that goes on in the e.r. A LOT of unprofessionalism. We are switching insurance's soon because of the poor service we've dealt with this past year and it sucks because I use to love St.Marys!

  Went in with chest pains and they took really good care of me and made sure I was alright. Admitted overnight and the next day all kinds of tests to rule out and get a proper diagnosis. Staff was great the room was too. The food was fine for hospital and limited diet. Thanks!

  Went here for my son which is only 12 for emergency appendectomy, the ER was great got in soon and CT was fast, but then the surgery was scheduled for the next morning, that morning doctor came in (Dr. Longfors) and she wasn't nice not kid or people friendly. I would never recommend her to anyone​. She told me that my son can return back to school on that Tuesday when surgery was Saturday. And releast him on the same day of surgery. Went back for follow-up and she said he was good even though he couldn't stand straight or walk fast , just wasn't back to normal. He explained to her that he was still hurting pain was always a 5 never lower, and that pain gets worse at night. She said that he was fine and she wouldn't give him anything for the pain. Warning NEVER GO TO HER!

I asked my wife if she ever complained to her about me always having concerns and she's like no. This town is unbelievable, it's like massive gossip circle.   My daughter had an ultra sound today and they refused anyone to go back with her. That is totally uncalled for. The lady was very rude as well. In the middle of changing to Mercy right now.
