  ER Dr. Karl Nibbelink is the rudest and most unprofessional healthcare professional I have ever met. He didn't care about my medical issue, tried to discharge me early, and then tried to patronize me. Hey arrogant guy, be a doctor not a jerk. I rarely go to the ER but if I did in future it would be UW.

  I had a late night visit to the emergency room. The staff I encountered that night were great. I really appreciate their help. My dissatisfaction is with the accounting and administrative services after. Most already know that medical billing is terrible in general. I think I'm at 3 companies asking for money, who knows how many more are out there. The worst of it, and the reason for the poor review, is that I updated my address and health insurance with them at the time of the visit, however they neglected to share any of that information with they myriad companies that expect money from me. UnityPoint couldn't even get it right for their own bill.

  My boyfriend's in there he just called me saying no ones been in there in over 30 mins and the nurses call button isn't working! So I called up there to get some answers and the lady I talked to was nice at first but then when I asked her about the call button not working and she got very ride about it! Not very happy with the ER tonight!

  I Been Here Twice And Was Never Fully Treated. They Just Kicked Me Out The Hospital Because I Refused To Let Them Check My Things. They Called The Police On Me And Everything Like I Committed A Crime. Now I'm At UW Hospital And They're About To Give Me The Things I Need To Get Better.

  We decided to have our baby here. The case was great and everyone was very helpful. However, some genius there decided to send us a $5000 bill instead of running it by the insurance company. It's been 15 months and the collection agency is still calling us about a bill that our insurance company said multiple times we are not responsible for it and do not need to pay it. All because of some desk jockey not doing their job correctly. We will never go there again just because of this.

  These wonderful people literally saved my life after I contracted pneumonia and went septic. Great care. Best nurses ever.
