Your ER staff is unfriendly and when my son was there yesterday, the Dr stood by the counter and glanced at my sons wound. He damn near cut the tip of his finger off, and the dr did nothing! The PA stiched him up, but didnt give him enough medicine, so he FELT the first stitch! UNACCEPTABLE ! The stiches were done so poorly, that less than 24 hours later, only 1 stitch remains! Will NEVER EVER go back to this ER!!!! Oh yeah, they NEVER even cleaned out his wound. I Really pray he doesn't get an infection in his finger. I wish I could give them a ZERO! HORRIBLE

This hospital is uncaring, rude, jusgemental, unkind, uncompassionate, AND LIARS. They judge you, refuse to contact your primary doctor, lie to you about process and then throw you out without even attempting to properly treat youeven have doctors get mean with you when you are having an anxiety attack after just being in a CAR ACCIDENT! I hate this hospital and am tired of how horrible they are each and every time I have to go in for medical problems, medical problems that my PRIMARY is on board with, but the doctors in the hospital seem to think that they know better! I have even talked to those in charge and nothing is EVER DONE toimprove this. Go somewhere else if you can, you'll be in better hands and safer. Thanks, community memorial for the PTSD AND FEAR OF ALL HOSPITALS. Thanks SO MUCH!

It would be 5 stars if 2 employees of yours tonight weren't being ethical, honest, or professional. Froedtert is huge so one review may not stop you from enabling these employees to grieving families over the phone, but I really hope with your mission and vision, that you take this seriously. I called for an update on my father. I'm at work and he isn't answering his phone, so I called to speak with the nurse. I greeted Jessica by saying my name and you guys have documents on file to give me an update, That's it. Well, she could've said "i'm in with a patient right now. Let me call you back" or maybe "switch you to a nurse that can help at this time." Either would have been respectable and responsible.
However, she said she cannot give me information until she speaks to my dad. I quickly reminded her that's what legal documentation is for. Asked for an update again. She told me the same thing over and over until I asked for her supervisor because I never have been treated so rudely at Memorial while he has diabetic foot issues.
She started to get stern with me becuase she didn't like the call and finally said she's in a room with a patient. Again, she could easily say "I'll get back to you soon" or "let me transfer you" but NOT LIE TO ME OR TAKE A SECOND TO READ THE SCREEN THAT SAYS I AM THE PERSON TO TALK TO whether he can speak or not, that's what a legal document is for. She was surprised I asked for a supervisor and hesitated.

Well, I called right back, asked for the sup. Left my number. To my amazement, the supervisor was unethical, lying, enabling, and unprofessional as she says "Well that's ok" when i told her that the worker said this and didn't talk to me or budge; she said "it's ok" that she did that!!!!! WHAT? no, no that cannot go on to treat others the way i was treated tonight.

This is what you have working for you. If they get talked to, they will make excuses to keep their profession untarnished, but that's what they've been doing all this time potentially. I take a stand for the 'little guy' in life and this is unacceptable. Completely unacceptable that I did my part with your hospital on documentation, and was treated poorly while I';m worried about my only father I have.

I wonder what excuses those girls will come up with, but this needs to cease and 'ok' behavior.

Went in to get checked out for injuries that occurred from a car accident last year, told them my symptoms and how much pain I was in. The staff told me I need test done got a CT and a Xray but still need other things checked out but after telling them I wasn't insured I was discharged immediately and told I would be fine and that I should seek a Primary Dr because they could no longer attend to my symptoms because it wasn't a emergency situation

I came in, and was given an IV I never gave permission for anybody to stick me, and it took well over 8 hours to find out what was injected into my veins. Not happy with a big bill for nothing.

I had an awful experience, I had surgery to remove fibroid tumors by removing my uterus (please don't ever consider doing this) I had received another opinion for embolization (which shrinks the fibroids) and was all set to do this but I needed to see my OB/GYN to test that I didn't have ovarian cancer prior to embolization. My OB/GYN told me the embolization wouldn't work and she would contact another radiologist (a colleague to get his opinion) he confirmed what she said. She talked me into the hysterectomy, I should never have trusted her but she has a big practice and is very charming and very nice. I had surgery and I got an infection from Community Memorial Hospital, I was horrified that I had to take antibiotic after antibiotic and she prescribed other meds that tore up my stomach, I couldn't eat or drink without it causing me stomach pain, I visited my primary doctor and he said that the medication she had prescribed had caused Gastritis, he treated me for that. I was cut from my belly bottom down to just above bikini line, a huge and ugly scar that made my primary doctor gasp when he saw it. My OB/GYN was not skilled enough to do my surgery, I found this out the hard way and to late. We noticed a bulge forming under my incision scar, after a CT scan, he discovered that I had a hernia from the incision and infection, I was referred to a general surgeon at community memorial but refused to be treated there, I was then referred to a general surgeon at Froedart Hospital and was told I needed surgery to fix the hernia caused by my previous surgery. I had the surgery and when I woke up my surgeon told me that my entire surgical scar had hernias going all the way up and not only at the one spot we knew about, he repaired all, a very painful surgery. I am now recovering from the hernia surgery. I met a doctor who told me that I was the third person she had met in a week that got an infection from this hospital, one infection was MRSA (very dangerous). My life has been so miserable, I have a young baby that I can't look after and had to get full time help. I am so furious about this whole nightmare. I had done a good amount of research on my doctor and hospital before but a lot of information is hidden.

My family and myself have gone to Community Memorial Hospital for services our entire lives. We have always had excellent patient care and compassionate, qualified, and competent personnel. I would recommend the facility to anyone that needs emergency, inpatient, or outpatient services. The hospital also runs a fantastic outreach health care center that provides care and is an excellent resource for those who are either uninsured or underinsured which is a great service to the greater Menomonee Falls community.

Everytime I've gone here I feel like I'm an inconvenience. Irritating that I had to find a new OBGYN at 37 weeks pregnant because the care here is so poor. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. St. Joseph in Milwaukee have me the absolute best birthing experiencey first time around, now with baby number two I went here because it was closer to home and have had nothing but problems. Besides the terrible care at the hospital, I had to call THREE TIMES because they were billing me personally instead of my insurance. Apparently you don't need to be very intelligent to get a job at this place..
