After attempts for quality service this restaurant has fallen short. The wait for food has consistently been well over 30 minutes and on 3 occasions our party waited over an hour.

Most of the food is good but stay away from the food with the bread and tortillas.

Excellent crispy fries and Big Dipper Burger. Big is the key. Very tasty. The fruit was ripe and flavorful. Pleasant waiter. Good prices. Best kept Sunday lunch secret.

We loved this joint. Quaint little spot, great decoration, wonderful food. Seriously, whatever seasoning they put on the pork is amazing! We loved the pork quesadillas. Worth waiting in line.

They serve airport quality food. Everything bland and from frozen. The interior looks like a Mexican restaurant in a mall in Houston. Just sayin,' The Parlor was a historic beauty. The coffee was good.

I normally do not comment on restsurants but i was so disappointed by the lack of service and even the manager's apology was lame.

Just there for Mother's Day dinner as we don't care for buffets on Mother's Day. Food was sub par and overpriced. Salads that come with meal are extremely small and who ever heard of almonds on a caesar salad?? Ordered pasta that sat way too long under heat lamp and was dried out. Sent back, pasta better but bland and flavorless, just greasy and no hint of parm cheese (had to request that). Husbands walleye was overcooked. 2 1/2 hours for dinner was way too long. Food used to be pretty good there so we were disappointed and it will be a long time before we come back. Server was great, not her fault as she's not the chef. Just a suggestion, get some new chairs. The ones you have are very old and uncomfortable.

Great food and friendly service. I loved the white chicken chili, fast fit a rainy day in TC.

Growing up in Traverse, I really did not frequent here much, but in the past few months I have been here often. I was there for their Thanksgiving buffet and was highly impressed with the service, food, atmosphere, and all around organization of the day. Since, I have been there for a few other occasions, including a business lunch, and have still been impressed. The food is delicious and the service friendly.
