Update #4 12/21/2017
After 7 months of getting the run around from these guys they sent someone out to install my replacement windows. It is below freezing outside so I hoped it would be a pop out the old pop in the new kind of operation. WRONG, it took over an hour and a half to switch out 5 windows. Why so long? Well it's because two of them did not fit. Yup this is the second time. The gentleman that was trying his hardest to get these windows to fit had the windows out for over an hour. House got super cold and the windows still aren't right. He said he would have to call someone to see if there is something else he could try and someone would be in touch with me. Welll it has been a week now and nobody has bothered to call me or try to correct these 7 month cluster. It is clear they could care less about their customers after they get your money. I will be requesting my $100 service fee returned along with my windows be a top priority and not put back into the messed up system Champion service has. That is the least you could do after getting jerked around for 7 months.

I'll try to keep it short. Needed to replace 7 of their windows that we installed a few years ago. They sent a technicain out, measured and ordered windows . I was told it would be 6-8 weeks. I paid my $100 for the installation. 8 weeks later same technicain came to install windows only 1 fit. They had to reorder new ones. I was told another 6-8 weeks. Not happy but I guess I go back to the end of the line even when it's their mistake. I called 8 weeks later and was told they are running 12 weeks now. Not happy, I waited until the 12 week date and hearing nothing from them I called. I got the run around they said they could not log onto their computer and they would call me back. When they called the only reason I received was it's only been 11 weeks and my windows were not in. I asked to talk to a supervisor and got an voice mail. I left a message asking for a return call so we could discuss the matter. Yup you guessed it no return call. It's been over 13 weeks and no one has called yet. Spent the whole summer looking out my fogged up windows. This dilemma started in May and here we are in the 3rd week of October and nothing. Poor customer service and would never purchase from this company ever. Buyer beware they talk the talk but don't back it up with their service.
UPDATE 1: AFTER TWO NO RETURN CALLS I CALLED TODAY AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE RUNNING 14 WEEKS BEHIND. FIRST 6-8 WEEKS THEN 12 WEEKS NOW IT'S 14. GETTING THE RUN AROUND HERE IF I ORDERED BRAND NEW WINDOWS FOR MY WHOLE HOUSE FROM THEM I WOULD BET YOU IT WOULDN'T TAKE 14 WEEKS TO MAKE MY WINDOWS. UNREAL

UPDATE 2: 15 WEEKS NO WINDOWS, NO PHONE CALL. THIS IN GETTING RIDICULOUS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

JUST CALLED THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY WINDOWS ARE. ALSO, HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL BE IN. ASKED TO HAVE SUPEVISOR CALL ME, DOUBT THAT WILL HAPPEN.

UPDATE 3:
RECIEVED A CALL FROM SERVICE MANAGER THREE DAYS AFTER I ASK FOR A RETURN CALL. STILL NO IDEA WHERE MY WINDOWS ARE AT BUT SHE SAID IT LOOKS LIKE MAYBE END OF NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER. I CAN ONLY LAUGH NOW. AS OF TODAY IT HAS BEEN 24 WEEKS SINCE THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS WERE ORDERED. THIS WHOLE PROCESS STARTED IN MAY SO IF IT RUNS TO DECEMBER IT WILL BE 7 MONTHS TO REPLACE MY FOGGED UPPED CHAMPIOPN WINDOWS.
UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!

We’ve had Champion replacement windows for 15 years now. Love that they do not take up so much of my window space for a replacement. So many others have such wide frames and eat up the window space. I’ve had Champion out to replace broken slides etc and they’ve been amazing. Champion windows are such a breeze to cheat over the years. Thank You! I now have them replacing 6 of the window that have fogged up. Thank you for standing by your replacement agreement. You guys are great.

Created and appointment online for window estimate. Appointment was confirmed. The day before the appointment Champion called asked the same questions that was answered on line and confirmed the appointment. The day of appointment I called approximately 15 to 20 min before the appointment and was told they were on their way. About 5 minutes later received a call, was told they were tied up with a customer and would not be able to come. Wanted to reschedule 2 days later. This was at a house that I had to drive 30 minutes to meet them. I did not reschedule and would not feel comfortable doing business with this company.

I didn't want the long spiel about the windows since my parents already have them and I know the quality. The salesman came in and answered what I wanted and didn't feed me any extra junk (unlike the other window salesmen that spent two hours at my house). The installation was quick, easy, and clean. I've had my windows for just over two years and my electric bill has gone down quite a bit. I haven't had any issues with my windows as of yet so I can't comment on the warranty that I have, but I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.

Champion did an excellent job with our siding, windows and gutters. They were all very professional and did a fantastic job. The customer service is great and we have only had a couple small issues since installation which Champion came out and fixed right away.

I recently had a patio cover installed by Champion and it is a great addition to my patio, It has the appearance of a planned addition to my home as opposed to a tacked on aluminum awning.

From sales to install, this was a great experience. Our new windows and door front has made a great improvement not only from the view from the street but with energy savings as well.
We had estimates from five other companies. They ranged from not specializing in windows but had a great price and special pricing to both Gilkey and Champion. We opted for a local company that has had a good long history in business. One that we could hold responsible from sales to installation.

Waited 10 days for an appointment, only to have Brady cancel. I asked for a quick reschedule, but he didn't respond. We're moving on to a company that gets their customers.
