They gave me the best icey pot roast that I've ever gotten at any restaurant. It was also the only icey pot roast that I've ever gotten at any restaurant. Literally any other place would not find that acceptable. I also had to eat it to-go since it took so long to get it in the first place and I was needed somewhere else. What do they actually do at this location? Who knows. I'm never going back.

A lovely French themed cafe. Loved the brie and apple chutney. Rosemary chicken was rubbery. Good house salad. Stay away from the house meatloaf. Waitress Aloura was everything you want in wait staff-friendly, professional, helpful, attentive without hovering. The Madeleines are a must try!

I went here for breakfast and ordered the Santa Fe omelet. They accommodated my request for low carb and graciously dealt with other special needs at our table. I enjoyed the food and service.

We gathered family here for a graduation celebration, but the service was S O - S L O W we nearly left before getting our food. On a weekday evening, there were only 2 other tables with guests, but there was no service to be found. We literally walked to the bar to ask for water. Our meals took an hour to make. The food was already cold. I have loved Mimi’s in the past, but won’t be bringing my family back here again.

Second time we have come here and service was horrible. The first time they completely forgot about us and this time we had to sit at our table looking at our already poured drinks for about 15 minutes before we had to ask a server to bring them to us. The food only tastes good because by the time it comes you are beyond starving. I love all other minis locations but I'm never coming back here.

We have been here multiple times and the service is always slow. However, this time around things took a bad turn..We waited for a long time with no host to be found to greet us. Finally when we got seated, the waiter decides to makes us wait on taking our order because he decides to take the order of those that were seated after us. We left and came to Black Bear Diner down the street, where we were greeted warmly, seated right away and our order taken promptly. Now enjoying my food here at Black Bear Diner as I write this review.

We just had the worst experience! We came in for a nice meal and waited 45 minutes for two meals one was a hamburger and the other my husband ordered a half chicken with fries and got a chicken breast that looked so dry maybe been reheated in the microwave! Don't go here if you want food that you order and not like to wait 45 min to get your meal when only a few people in the restaurant!

I would say the service was bad, but you'd have to actually HAVE service before you can rate it. It took a good 5 minutes after walking in before anyone even acknowledged our presence. The server seemed annoyed that he actually had to work and serve people. He only said maybe 5 words to us total. We finally ordered and never saw our server again. 40 minutes later of waiting for food we just left and went somewhere else to eat. I'm pretty sure we finished eating at our new destination before our server even realized that we were gone. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Absolute worst experience and service ever! We arrived on a slow Monday at 4:15pm we did not receive our food until a whole hour and a half later. There were only 4 tables in total so they weren't busy. All we had ordered was a hamburger meal, sandwich meal, and a kids mac and cheese meal. To top it off when the food finally arrived both the sandwich meal and the kids mac and cheese were missing their side dish which were fries. The waitress said she would be right back with fresh fries about another 20 minutes later she finally came back but with the check only. I asked to speak to a manager which the waitress rudely responded asking what was wrong with the food. I told her she never brought the fries over for the other 2 meals and the wait to get our food took so long. The manager never came over and the waitress only came back with the check saying they had discounted my drink and the kids meal and that that should take care of it. NEVER going back again!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We walked in at 9:15 pm looking to order some hot drinks and pastries. The door said that they were open until 10 and we knew our order would be simple. We waited a moment at an empty host stand while the staff we could see gave us dirty looks or just ignored us. As we were waiting, a family left the restaurant. One of the people passed us and said something to the effect of "If you want good food or service, you should go somewhere else. We were here over an hour and got practically nothing." We walked out and went somewhere else, still completely unacknowledged by the staff. I wish we'd checked the other reviews before stopping here - seems like this is an issue even 2 hours before closing.
