I've been coming to this location since I was young & now I take my little family here to eat, it's one of our favorite places to eat or should I say my favorite place. The original house wings & their amazing sauce makes my mouth water. I love this place sooo much, I always recommend this place to my friends & co-workers, if they want some good wings. It's a plus for my man since he gets to watch his sports there too, when we plan to eat there when our teams are playing. The service is great & love this location cause it's never crowded.

Wingers in West Jordan is a fantastic place! Everytime I go I get seated very quickly and the food is fantastic, if for any reason I have a problem the manager on staff is extremely helpful and efficient. I love this place Sarah and Meg are great wish more managers were like those 2!! And the wings and fingers are the best haven't found better even B dubz can't top them!! They do get busier in the evenings but if you get in quick there isn't much of a wait at all, if any!

They used to have the best buttery garlic fries. With real butter and garlic. The last 2 times we've gone they sprinkle garlic powder on the fries which falls off as soon as you pick them up. The rest of the food was good. Staff was friendly. It seems this location has changed and not for the better. I used to come a lot, but it's not really tempting anymore

ate at wingers with my family last weekend, food was great! The mac n cheese was delicious! My dad loved his loaded chicken. Service was great, Dez took excellent care of us. The restaurant was clean, food came out in a timely manner, and staff was friendly. We love Wingers, this is a great location, we will definitely be visiting again.

Lame! Poor service! Twice cooked fries that were dry and burnt. Dry fingers. Seemed like the family/friends there got great service.. ih but the popcorn was awesome.. no wonder they keep closing restaurants down.. something to think about.. hire people that want to work with the publicjust saying..

So, it was like the twilight zone. The restaurant was half empty.. Waited for awhile before being seated which was awkward standing in the doorway for like ever. Finally get seated and the waitress said she would be just a minute with tears in her eyes. 15 minutes later a new waitress comes and takes our drink orders which took another 15 minutes and I swear we were her only table. Everyone is running around all chaotic with a half empty restaurant. Then low and behold we get to order.. Took 20 min. Before two of us got our salads, which were just plopped in front of us. We looked at the salads looked at each other and laughed cause they didn't even at least throw silverware at us. We had none. OK.. Finally I say excuse me to the earlier waitress (who had tears in her eyes earlier) and requested silverware. She brings it and very rudely says we are not her table.. OK..( Just wanted a damn fork gawd). Another 20 minutes and we get what we ordered. 5 orders in total. Again, we only had two forks.. SERIOUSLY!! 10 minutes later we get silverware for everyone else. So long story short, the whole staff is a mess and not organized at all. I can be this harsh as I have been a waitress for many years. The food was winger quality but the Mahi Mahi was disgusting, so don't order that.. Like ever. Think before you go to this location and then say I will have La Puente instead (which is next door).

One Friday evening, my husband and I were craving some wings and so we looked up on google the hours of your location. Google provided us with awesome news, as it was around 10:25pm and it showed that Wingers was open until 11:00pm! So we quickly called over to the store to place in a togo order. The first time I called, someone answered but then it hung up. So I tried again. And it just rang and rang and rang. So I hung up and tried again with the same outcome. Just continued ringing and no one picking up on the other end.
My husband and I don't live too far away, so we decided to just run over and put in a quick order. Cravings don't just go away ya know. Once we got inside, there was not one person from the staff to be found. We waited about 5 minutes. I called back in the kitchen, we walked around the whole store. And no one was there. So we left and as we left, we saw the whole crew walking back inside from the outside. We were still hungry so we walked back inside to try and place an order. It was now 10:40 so closer to your closing time but stil not there. We asked if we could place an order and they told us they turned off all the cookers so it would take quite a long time. We weren't in the mood to really give you our business at this point. We left, hungry and disappointed.

Food: 4 stars. Sticky fingers (chicken strips) are good. Fries were pretty good. Salad was ok. Lemonades are pretty good, but not great.

Service: 5 stars. we went largely because Wingers isn't as busy as other nearby restaurants. Friday night, 7:00 pm, no wait. Our waiter was in training (Jason) but he did an AMAZING job. Very thorough, prompt, and attentive. Quickly took order, food came right out, and quickly refilled drinks. 5 stars for Jason. But some other waiters/waitresses looked a little less impressive.

Cleanliness: 2 stars. Several flies in the building that were landing on us (and trying to land on our food). Table was a little sticky. And a big bucket of cleaning supplies/chemicals was on the ground (just sitting) next to us (not sure why - picture attached).

Overall environment: 2 stars. A combination of the cleanliness, flies, smallish spaces, and people that were there (employees and other patrons), made us feel a little anxious to wrap up our meal and pay the check.

Not too bad but also not too good. Had a lot of options but main issue is that everything is over priced! Great service though.

This place is NOT, disgusting fast food. They actually make real food here so I understand if it takes a minute to cook. With that being said they still had my burger out to me in 5-10 minutes. It was a very delicious bleu pig burger and I enjoyed the fact that they serve the toppings for the burger on the side so I can pick and choose. The waiters are friendly and fun to talk to and very good at keeping my drink filled.(huge tipping factor for me personally) they are conveniently placed right in front of a movie theater which is cool because when my friend and I go see a movie we come here right after, sit and eat. I saw a few reviews by people complaining about getting to their movie late because they went to wingers first, but really I get my food in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend going to the movie first and then coming in afterward. Overall I think the staff here, does a very good job in all aspects. I give them 5 stars for being very well rounded and serving great food!

My family and I used to love Wingers, and we went a lot when I was younger so we decided to go again. We went to a late lunch here last Sunday at around 1:45 in anticipation of catching a 3:00 movie. There were only 2 other tables being used in the entire place, so they were really slow. Our waitress took our order which was custom, but not complicated in my opinion.
I wanted no lettuce, tomato, or onion on my sandwich and my husband and father wanted NO sauce on their wings just plain. The food came out about 40 minutes later, which was cutting it close for the movie, and everything was wrong. The wings were coated in sticky sauce and my sandwich was loaded with veggies that I had to take off.
The waitress apologized and offered to make new food, but at this point we didn't have time to wait another 40 minutes for the food we actually ordered. The waitress comped us one of the orders and that was nice but we would have preferred our food as we ordered it. I can understand when the restaurant is busy and there's a lot going on is some things get messed up, but we were the only other table in her section and the other group were leaving when we ordered. There really is no excuse for this poor of service on a slow operating Sunday afternoon.

My husband and I decided to go to Wingers this evening for a quick meal before a movie. Everything was fine until we sat down to order. Our waitress was talking out loud about a customer that she had earlier. I understand that some evenings can be frustrating but if you need to vent, don't do it while there are customers still in the establishment. To make matters even worse, my husband and I were in the middle of eating our food and a male waiter was walking down the row dusting the vents on the ceiling. Right by us while we were eating! I was so grossed out I couldn't even finish my food.
