I love the selection! We always find stuff there. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the staff always makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel like they are snooty & we spend a good bit of money in there. I would still recommend it to friends. The prices are in line and they have a great selection.

This is a truly great store with great service. It reminds me some of High Peaks Cyclery in Lake Placid. Their bike selection isn't huge, but what they have is excellent.

Jan's is amazing! We recently rented ski/snowboard equipment for a week long trip to Park City. There were 5 of us and the staff was so friendly, helpful and patient. They allowed us to switch out equipment numerous times between skis and snowboards. A couple of people in our party went in because our feet were hurting in our ski boots, the staff was so accommodating and nice and gladly helped us find the right boots. The most incredible thing happened after I chose to get a bigger boot but when I got to the slopes I realized they were too big to ski in. The Jan's ski shop at Deer Valley called Jan's Park Ave. and they brought me a smaller boot to the slopes!!! I was amazed!
I highly recommend Jan's Park Ave. for ski equipment rental! They had the best prices and give you a break for multi-day rental. I can't say enough good things about the people at Jan's!!!

First of all I rented an bike online and screwed it up by not doing it 24 hours in advance and not selecting the date for the rental. However when I arrived they were more than accommodating. They happened to have the bike I wanted and rented it to me there on the spot. I rented a high end mountain bike so that I could get an idea on how it handled/rode. It was in great shape and mechanically sound and solid. No issues what-so-ever. The only thing they didn't provide was the extra oxygen for my lungs to deal with the altitude change. However they did provide me with details on where to ride and how to get there. I would definitely rent from them again.
