This is the wife that had not one but two frozen drinks spilled on her. I was very good about the situation and understood that these things happen. However, I do not find it acceptable to have this happen and have absolutely no one apologize about the situation. I didn't cause a scene (due to family and in-laws being there) when I very easily could have over this situation. I have never been treated so horribly in my life. Like my husband said the waiter told us repeatedly that "he would take care of us". In his opinion taking care of us was Making us pay full price. If you are fine with going to a restraunt being treated like dirt and then expected to pay $100 for it by all means go to this restraunt. I will now be going elsewhere because they actually care if I can put my coat on when I leave and not have it soaking wet while its 30 degrees outside in the winter.

This place is Great. I have dined here several times and I never come away disappointed. They have a very attentive wait staff. The meat is AMAZING! If you have never been to a Brazilian style steak house, don't delay, give this place a try. This location does get pretty busy, so if you have a large group, call a head to make a reservation.

Food is delicious! Service was friendly and outgoing, even the manager was attentive to our group. Dessert however was not as impressive. My advice? Skip that and eat something extra from the buffet. Or a few extra slices of grilled pineapple!

My first experience here was fantastic. What made it though was not only the absolute AMAZING food I tried and loved but our waitress and one of the meat guys ( I don't know their 'official name' ) Raissa F. was our waitress and she was a great one. She was sweet, funny, outgoing, and explained how they did things there since it was my first time and they way she did it was just memorable. Now I do want to mention she does not speak clear English HOWEVER when we had to ask What? More than a couple times she did it happily and that shows something in someone; she's strong. But when she apologized for it, I said no its okay do not be sorry; she shouldn't have because she's trying and she's making her customers happy and that to me is what matters. My boyfriend and I loved our experience there tonight.
And JP one of the meat guys was very nice as well! He made sure he came back to us with what we wanted at the moment and I could tell was just a kind person. He was very respectful. I wish I could have thanked them both. But I did tell their manager. (: hopefully higher up people see this review of mine and recognize them both for how great they are.

This place is killer. The meat is fantastic, all cooked perfectly. I was there for dinner at peak time and the crew handled it without any bumps and drinks were always full. Excellent variety of meats and some added exotic flair with the chicken hearts. Pineapple is a must. You definitely get what you pay for here; which is quite reasonable considering the all-you-can-eat specialty meat cuts. I've spent more at a steakhouse many magnitudes of lower quality. I plan on making it one of my go-to spots. Picking a favorite is hard but would probably say the either garlic beef or the ham. Can't go wrong here

They have very little control over ac/heating..its 40 degrees outside and in here nite was 49.. food gets cold fast.. really sucks be cause food is great. We asked to warm it up in here and they can't.. so they say

Great Hospitality. Best place for your party. We had early lunch before departure by flight. We had great food and service from kind staff. "Mynnor" was doing great!

I am currently sitting at my table waiting 10+ minutes between the meat rounds. There are only 2 employees for the entire restaurant carving the meat and this is also including a very large party. The meat also has been cold when it has finally made it to our table. This used to be one of the better Brazilian steakhouse in town. It is sad to see it go so far down in quality.

I really enjoyed the food, the staff and my time here! It's not cheap but I'd go back because it was so good- I love the variety! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and helpful. The other guests also seemed to be enjoying themselves, which was nice to see!

Always love the pineapple and top sirloin. I think the spicy chicken was just about right with sweet, tangy and spicy.I didn't much like the marinated chicken or bacon wrapped meat. Many of those Were over cooked. Nothing too special about the salad bar either. We were seated near the window on the street side and it just feels more remote from the salad bar anyway. The atmosphere feels more formal here and for the price and the 18% gratuity I don't feel like I got great service. We weren't given straws for our water and he walked away before I could ask and I wasn't offered a refill of my limeade drink before it ran out so I had to wait on getting my drink. Not impressed.

Awesome!!!
They made us our own section. Totally accommodating. We had a big group and it was also prom night for some high school.
They quickly made us our table setting.
The food is amazing. Great salad bar and the fresh limeade is delicious.

Initially, we were very upset by the front side service. The host old us it would be a 15 min wait because we didn't make a reservation however upon waiting we noticed that others who had come behind us with no reservation we're being seated before us this was concerning more importantly a very aggressive gentleman came in and demanded a table immediately because he wouldn't wait. The host immediately bowed down and gave in to his demands. This caused my wife and I to become very upset. However, we immediately went to the manager (Aubree) and explained the error. Aubree then explained that's not how the restaurant operates and apologized for the error. She made sure that the waiters took care of us and even checked in on us throughout the meal. This was extremely nice and changed our minds about the initially poor experience. The food was great and thanks to Aubree the overall experience was pleasant as well. Job well done Aubree!

Went here with a bunch of friends after a long day at work. Never been to a place like it. IT WAS AWESOME. Not too expensive, and the employees just WALK AROUND WITH MEATS AND DELIGHTS. It was all coming so fast that it was hard to keep up with at one point. 10/10 would smash.

The meat is fantastic. The service is great. I have been there 3 times now and the sides/ salad bar is not amazing. Gives more room for the amazing meat. All you can eat meat. Has long has you love meat you will enjoy it there.
