Very nice hotel. Staff is outstanding, very friendly and accommodating. Facilities are spacious and clean, well-maintained. Restaurant is small, but food is above average for a business hotel. Room was well-appointed and clean. Location was easy to find and get to, but there is not much else around it (restaurants, etc.) There's a large hospital complex next door, which could be convenient if you are visiting a patient. We would recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and the food was great, but
1.) The glasses in our room and the glasses of water that came with room service were dirty. So, if we wanted water, we had to use the disposable coffee cups.
2.) There were dirty dishes outside our room (from the previous guests' room service) when we checked in, and they were still there when we checked out.
3.) There was a really bad smell in our room which turned out to be old food that expired 6 days ago in our refrigerator.

The atmosphere was upscale and we loved the staff, but, how dirty some things were really stopped us from enjoying ourselves.

I stayed here for 10 nights and enjoyed this hotel vary much. The rooms were clean as well as all of the Facilities. The staff is the #1 reason I will stay at this location again. Gloria in the Concierge Lounge went above and beyond. She was there to help with anything I needed. She helped me get settled in with my transition to Milwaukee.

Nice Place to Stay! Highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. The lounge was full stocked with drinks and good food every night. My only complaint would be the parking. I have no qualms about walking but there were only a few spaces at the front of the hotel and it was quite cold at the time. Other than that I would stay here again!

Ive been here twice with my boyfriend. Employees are super nice. Pool and hot tub are clean and nice. Food isnt the best in my opinion. Room was clean. Room service was prompt and nice. (I needed hot water) we will defiantly be going there again.

I was there for a training event in the superior room. breakfast was provided and amazing. I've attended training events at many hotels or convention centers but I always look forward to the ones that are held at the Milwaukee Marriot West.

Did a one night stay here. This hotel was gorgeous inside and out. All the parts of the building I saw were kept clean and in good condition. Beds were very comfortable, and the staff I interacted with were very friendly!

Very impressed with the Marriott West. We arrived a bit early for check in and were greeted by a pleasant lady who was both prompt & professional. The room was fantastic, very clean and an awesome view. I travel frequently and this is by far in the top 5 of all hotels I have stayed at for both quality and value. Will be back again when in the Milwaukee area.

Overall the hotel was decent. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I am taking away one star because our check in time was at 4pm and when we arrived they stated that they were at full capacity the night before and because of that our room wasn't clean yet. It's somewhat understandable, but for a hotel of this caliber I would expect them to operate everyday as if they will be at full capacity. My friend and i drove in from chicago for the cubs game and because of the delay getting our room we could not go out for dinner before the game. I had to pay over 200 dollars for a room I didn't even spend 24 hours in. I would not go back simply due to that.

I walked into the hotel and was immediately astonished. I do have quite a bit of hotel experience in my back pocket, but this was a nice luxury that I was not expecting! The majority of my time was spent in my room, so I will mention that quickly as well. The room was furnished as any hotel room would be with limited furniture, a desk, a bathroom, a mini fridge (hiding in the dresser), two beds, a closet, and a TV. My biggest surprise was the accessibility of the Internet, as there was no over-the-top password system, just click "free" (in my case, there is an $11/night plan for those unsatisfied with the free stuff), and voilà! My biggest disappointment was the lack of complementary breakfast, as I consider that a staple, and the alternative was far too expensive. Overall, I did enjoy my stay though!

It was fantastic for the rate. We stayed a Saturday night for 119 and it was well appointed and very nice. Should have gotten the buffet breakfast add on when we booked because that is a good deal.

Very, very nice. Modern, quiet, comfortable.
Only issue was slow room makeup. Left for the day at 7:30 am, got back at 4:00 pm and the room had not been made up. Aside from that, a 5 star stay.

By far the nicest and cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bar was great as well. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exactly as we expected. Great place to stay!
