Echo Park is a recurring great experience. My favorite days to go are weekend mornings before the crowd rolls in. There is always something going on weekend mornings and it's always interesting to take in: groups of people painting on their easels, yoga, fishing, etc. We love to circle the whole lake and watch the ducks and ducklings go about their business. It's frustrating to see people feed the birds even with signs pleading them not to. There is a cafe on site and the coffee is fantastic. Definitely my favorite park to frequent hands down.
