Food is great. I really love the she crab soup. I asked for a bowl to go (not a cup). Upon getting it out to enjoy when I got home, it wasn’t even a full cup. Very disappointing! So if you get something to go, you may receive a much smaller portion size than what you paid for/asked for.

Milner’s In Winston Salem has absolutely bar none service. Couldn’t find better anywhere. I’m so impressed with this place. The food, service and everything else is just excellent.

My wife and I have been to Milner's many, many times. I really love this restaurant. It is a little pricey, but I have yet to find a dish here that I didn't absolutely love. I've always had good service, and the people here are very friendly. Very good wine list, small plates, salads, entrees, etc. I've never had dessert here because I've never had room after the meal. This is one of the jewels of Winston Salem, in my opinion.

We wanted authentic Southern cooking and Milner's provided the best meal we had in Winston-Salem. The oyster BLT salad was a good value and the service was friendly. Wish we could have stopped here again

Traditional southern fare mixed with a more contemporary offering of small plates and entrees. Love the "Favorites" side of the menu. Can't go wrong with Shrimp and Grits done in classical style.

It's a good place. The food is consistently good but a little pricey for what you get. Although they are trying to cater to that type of group. I also wish they had a little more options on their menu. Last complaint is they do not have a changing table in any of the restrooms big disappointment. Other than that it's a good place once you know the downfalls you won't be disappointed.

We booked a table for 8 to celebrate our February birthdays and it was ready for us right on time. We started with cocktails. I had their lemon drop martini and it was a perfect blend of vodka, sweetness, and tartness. It was a good pour as well. My friend had the cosmopolitan and she stated it was very good.

My daughter and I went for dinner. It's a small, intimate place. And the food was wonderful!!! There was so much. One order would have been more than enough. And then we might have had room to split one of the amazing deserts we saw!
