  * What a horrible bank. Do Not do business here if you dont want to be humiliated.
  * I Applied for a small loan with Amanda on a Monday and she told me she would contact me Wednesday to tell me if we were approved or not. I waited all day Wednesday and never got a call back. I tried to contact her all day Thursday and she never answered my phone call. All of the other people that did answer my phone call kept telling me they would call me back with an answer and none of them ever did.
  * I wonder if they would have treated me this bad, by not being able to give me a 10 second call with a no or yes answer, if I was a millionaire customer.
  * Do not bank here if you're a little guy/gal. It seems like they dont give a damn about us.
  * I would like to give them a zero star for their service but google doesn't have that option.

  Great services so much better then Hancock Federal Credit Union! Friendly and great customer service!!

  I had them make out a Cashier's Check for me.. and they wouldn't cash it! They stated that it was never made out when I had them make 2 hours prior to me trying to cash it!! OUTRAGEOUS!
