  Loved it! As soon as you walk in you feel like you are at home, grandma's home. The food was delicious, priced well, and the staff was friendly. All the desserts looked amazing. Next time I go I will try the Banana Hummingbird Cake.

  This place is a legend among the Middle Tennessee area. It has all the charm of an authentic country diner, but the food pits cracker barrel and the stores like it to shame!
  
  Get their corn nuggets, and you won't regret a thing. Towards dinner, they also have a live musician play songs for you while you eat.
  
  I definitely recommend this place.

  Sunday Brunch Buffet is always a great treat. A lot of southern cooking choices to try. Desserts, Desserts, Desserts! You won't be disappointed with all the desserts that they prepare either. The Fruit Tea is some of the best in the state. Its not a convenient location, but it is well worth the extra effort to get there.

  Delicious! Today was our first time in. We live right down the road, so it certainly won't be our last. Everything was so good and freshly cooked. Our server was very friendly, food came our quickly! Next time I have to save some room for dessert - all the homemade desserts looked fantastic.
  
  Prices are also very reasonable. 3 people ordered meals and drinks and our total was $28!

  A really great place to dine. The food is good, the music is good, the service is great. The owners and their team are nice people. The atmosphere is unique. The desserts are fantastic. Me and my 2 friends eat there every Friday.

  Warm southern atmosphere. Expect a wait on weekends! Reasonably priced, and the servers are all friendly. Comfort food done right.

  Food, staff, service and atmosphere are all great here
  Try the catfish, it is delicious. There is usually a full house so come early as you may have to wait. The wait is worth it!!

  Good country food, delicious, felt like our granny had made it. We split the open-faced meatloaf sandwich with potato cakes (didn't know the mealoaf was topped with mashed potatoes), amazing squash casserole & white beans. There wasn't anything that wasn't tasty. Great service, very quick food delivery.

  Great food, service and music. We ate here last evening. I had the Prime Rib and my husband had the Fried Shrimp, both meals were very good. My husband had the Red Velvet cake and said it was the best he had ever eaten! Thank You for an enjoyable evening in a place full of history!

  Prices have gone up food quality has gone down got catfish greasy got one hush puppy the size of a nickel
  The green beans were like they came out of a blender. Difficult to believe some of these hypes i read in reviews

  Home cooking done right! Unusual options that are surprising good. Many different dishes to choose from, home made jams, a variety of desserts. This restaurant is a must every time I visit from NY.
