The steak wasn't that good, and the service wasn't either. However, the buffet bar looked really good, but I didn't eat anything from it. When I go to a steakhouse, I generally want steak. I asked the waitress for some rolls while we were waiting for our food. Instead of bringing them to us, she told us to get them ourselves. Had I been the server I would have obliged the customer. I didn't know I was allowed to go and get them off the bar, and I also saw the other waitresses getting rolls for their tables (that's how I knew they had rolls to begin with). I just wasn't impressed with this particular Western Sizzlin'.

Seriously good fried chicken, pork roast, salad bar.
Plenty of staff and servers, all very polite and courteous.
It's clean, the rest room's, parking lot, dining area.

Deffinatley different than the one in Dalton Ga. While we were there,the waitresses stayed huddled together talking. We had to get our own clean plates. We were seated next to a waitress station. Two waitresses kept coming back,digging in their pocketbooks for lipstick and combs. They would comb their hair and put on lipstick right there at the waitress station. They talked forever right there in front of us,never offering water,plates , refillsnothing. The good was decent,but the staff need to take a class

Buffet is fairly large with good variety of volume buffet foods. Lots of southern veggies and several meats. Boiled cabbage, pinto beans, hashbrown casserole, fried chicken, and BBQ pork to name a few. Very nice salad bar and baked potatoes plus hot rolls. A dessert bar and soft serve ice cream make sure very one has a good meal. Plus you can order from the menu. Place is clean and there is plenty of parking.

My husband and I were very surprised at the abundance AND variety of delicious food at this restaurant. Stopped here because of the "buffet" sign hoping to make our lunch break a fast one since we were in the middle of a long road trip. Everything we ate was great. And as I mentioned, I was astounded by all the different selections. It was like Thanksgiving! I wish I could have stayed there long enough to get hungry again so I could try eating more dishes. Great service, friendly servers. Hope to go back again soon.

Love Western Sizzling! Their crab salad is one of my favorites. The one in Ooltewah is my favorite in Chattanooga. I like the one in Jasper, TN but they don't begin to have the selection of desserts that Ooltewah has. Nice seating.

I've been doing work in chatanooga and stop here about once a week with a group of my employees. The food is decent and the service is good. Good place to bring a group and make ordering food easy.

Great food. Wonderful service. But was very thankful that I ordered off the menu. I witnessed an employee that was refilling food items on the buffet, use his apron to blow his nose on. When I pointed it out to the manager, he just laughed and asked why it was my business. Will not be return customer.

Food was terrible! Coffee cold, desserts. could not eat bread pudding! Hard as rock! Brownie was dry. The only good thing was the salad.

It was good but some of the food was cold. The meat was a little dry but It was almost 9pm when we stopped in so we overlooked it. We would eat there again. Overall it was good.

FOOD WAS HOT WE CAME IN 30 MINS BEFORE CLOSE AND EVERYONE WAS STILL PLEASANT ON 4TH OF JULY.KNOWING THEY WANTED OUT TO SEE FIREWORKS WITH FAMILY TRIED TO HURRY FOOD WAS GOOD SOME LOOKED A LITTLE SUSPECT BIT WAS TO BE EXPECTED THIS CLOSE TO CLOSING TIME. OVERALL DECENT EXPERIENCE.

Found this place by accident while travel with family back to Wisconsin and boy i wish they had a chain here. This was the best food I had besides my Mom down home cooking.I wish I was there today for Sunday dinner. Don't ever that your cook go.
