Had 4 people half of our food was good the other half was nasty. asked for a appetizer didn't even get it. You pay almost 3 for a regular drink but she never refilled us. Had to ask for one of our sides three times before getting it. And the waitress was rude I asked her about our ticket she snatched it out of my hand rolled her eyes and gave a big sigh because she had to go fix it. First time being there and I will never go back! I wouldn't even give then one start.

Firstly let me say that I've had some bad experiences at this place in the best but that is now in the past thankfully.

I had a very good dining experience on February 28th when celebrating my little sisters birthday! It was her 18th birthday and we were very well waited on.

The salad bar is pretty awesome.

I won't come back they did away with most of the things I wanted, overpriced low amount of food. This time last year this place was awesome but, now it just sucks. It's not worth any stars it should be closed down. The food was cold an overpriced. They changed the menu an now it's not even worth thinking about going to much less actually going in. This place needs to close down.

A year ago this place was awesome, they have changed the menu, portions are horribly small for a $20.00 meal. Chicken strips on triple play meal look like oversized chicken nuggets. Ribs are good, fries were cold, shrimp was good. Salad bar has went downhill, the ham for the salad is gone, no Catalina dressing at all. They were completely out of most of they're steaks. Honestly I'm not going back i think it was a wasted $60.00 compared to Legends down the road. Almost forgot they got rid of their good rolls and just have homemade flat bread. The trio sampler is gone also.

Horrible customer service and the food was nasty. Asked for Medium steaks and it was rare very pink. Table was sticky and dirty . My water was not even clear . Tamra was not a good waitress. Never going back

Extremely overpriced! I have eaten at Connors in Franklin, 3 people, cost for GREAT food around $40. There 2 people, okay food, $60 with tip! Insane. Will NEVER eat there again.

OVERPRICED! They said they added 55 new items to the salad bar? Not hardly! What they did do was, take away all entrees that included a salad in the price. Now you pay $$ for an entree, and get to pay $1.99 more if you drop the 2 side items and $3.99 more if you want include a salad. My husband and I ended up both having burgers. With the tip it ended up costing us $30! We WON'T be back to Ruby Tuesdays!
