Food was excellent. We waited quite a while for Hostess Sydney to decide to seat us. When we said we preferred a table away from children she said they were fine. There were quite a few tables free at that time. So once we ordered the child started crying and acting up which lasted pretty much through our dinner. Definitely need to train Sydney on customer service.

Nice place to go and have fun in the middle of international Drive. The price is good and you could eat also for low budget before you go to bars are more expensive. The bar is real big and has 2 more bars outside. You could watch any sport you like. The service is good the waitress are nice and quick. The food is great. Especially the Nachos and wings and the have good shrimp also for dinner and the plates are big. I would recommend this place to any tourist that visits international Drive. Parking is free in the back. Close to everything that you would like to do and to all the hotels around the area. Thumps UP..

A bit late on my review went here three times once when we arrived in Orlando then on Thanksgiving and once again before we returned home. Each time food staff and beer were great especially the drafts and the beer bucket offers. One thong Id like to see is smoke free eating available, I cant abide smoking especially when your trying to eat.

The Server was awful, she rushed us to Order then she was all over the place & yes they were steady rather than busy, but that's no excuse she wouldn't even let you finish your sentence before she walked off. We asked for napkins when our food arrived Didn't get them till we were done eating! She never offered refills then another server came to bring me more tortillas cause mine We're hard, so asked if I could get napkins I don't know what that girl told my server but she threw the napkins at my grandma like she had a problem. About time we received lemon and hot sauce for the shrimp it became cold. The Fries and red potatoes weren't seasoned but everything else was great food wise. Then when we were deciding where to go next right out side the Gate less than 3ft from our table, they thought we tried to skip out On the Bill! Which was an insulting especially since we should've skipped out on the Tip cause the service sucked. when i tell my friends and family about my trip to Orlando I'll be sure to tell them Miller's is a definite don't!! I organized a dinner for 150+ people here, the staff were very friendly and helped us set everything up. The venue was perfect for our large group with enough tables for all of us. We kept running out of plates which made it difficult when serving a buffet, the kitchen made up for it by serving more food and trying to keep up with all our guests. Next time I'll come with a smaller party to really enjoy the restaurant.

Wonderful memories for me and my wife!
The whole trip to FL was one of those unplanned vacations with last minute flight, hotels reservations. But it left great memories and same thing was this Alehouse. It was a very good find for me. Delicious dishes and alcohol! We are visiting this place time and time whenever we are in FL! Thanks Ale house for not ruining and making it a great trip!response / report this review -

I had dinner at millers ale house with my family last week. The restaurant is kind of pub style. They have your typical bar food with other more exotic options. My husband had the osobuca which was a huge piece of bone in pork that was incredible! The service was very good and friendly! The bar was busy the whole time which is always a good sign!

I went to this ale house with a couple of my friends the other night. We waited 40 minutes for someone to take our orders and after that, a little over an hour for us to get our food. When we finally got it, some of the dishes were incorrect and a friend of mine never even got his meal. After some of us ate our foods, keep in mind that my other friend never got his meal, we decided to just pay and leave. we waited an extra 40 just for our checks. We complained to a lady I believe was the supervisor, but we were still charged full price for everything. The waiter disappeared for another 20 minutes with our checks after asking for the manager. Wait it gets better. Some of my friends decided to ditch, and evidently, I was the only one who paid FULL PRICE because it's not in me to do what some of my friends did. I waited a little longer to speak with the manager along with my friends, but it took to long. turns out that after I leave, my friends that stayed spoke with the manager about the horrible service and their meals were free. Each of them even received a gift card. only reason I payed and left was because we've been at that place for over 3 hours, it was really late and I had a class at 7:00am. No way was I waiting another 30 minutes for bad service. I'm very disappointed

I almost never have a bad experience at any of the alehouses, and this was no exception. Our server was a very nice young gentleman who accommodated us all through the evening. We started out as a party of four and after dinner was finished we had two more companions join us and they ordered dinner as well. Was kind of an ongoing evening where people were coming and going out of our booth and our server was very kind and very polite. The food is always excellent and the atmosphere was great. I would like to point out that even though it was terribly busy in here, our server never made us wait for anything.

Visitors: This location would NOT be my first choice for a proper first Miller's Ale House experience. Due to their high tourist volume, this store does not consistently mirror a traditional Ale House where friendly servers get your order right EVERY time and your food is carefully prepared, timely, and great tasting.
The takeaway/To Go service is, by far, the worst of any Central Florida Ale House I've visited - and as an original Key Club member, I've been to nearly all of them over the years.
Alas, if you crave their World Famous Zingers as much as I do and this is your closest location, give them a try. Who knows? You may be pleasantly surprised.response / report this review -

Nice atmosphere and good tap beers. Chef came out and asked if our meals were prepared to our satisfaction. Host was friendly and knowledgeable about beers on tap. Great service!

Service was horrible. Server didn't check up on us often and overcharged me twice. The first time she messed up on my receipt, she apologized to me and refunded the overcharge saying it would take two days to get my money back. The second time, instead of coming to me and apologizing, I had to wait FOREVER at my table for her to the point that it became obvious she wasn't coming. I went to the manager to talk to him instead, and he brought her to remedy the situation. She just made excuses instead of apologizing this time. The manager refunded the second overcharge (which I would again have to wait two days for), and I finally ended up paying for exactly what I ordered in the first place (no discount or anything to make up for the ridiculous situation). Very disappointed in this Miller's Ale House

First time I've written a review on here but it had to be done. To put it simply, this place is awesome, all of the staff are great, the prices are crazy low for the quality of food and the range of draught beers was impressive. We went on a Saturday and it was very busy at 8pm, no problem though, just had a few beers at the bar and soaked in the atmosphere. 2 delicious big meals and 4 beers each for just over $30 say no more. So give it a try, you won't regret it.

Ossobuco, Marinated pork shank slow cooked until fabulously tender. Served with mashed potatoes with gravy and vegetable of the day.
Best pork meal I have had out ever! This come from a Iowian. Service was very good. This restaurant runs like well oil machine. Huge place. Restaurateur should model this place. Excellent staff managed well👏👏👏👍👍

This was the first night out we had while in Orlando for Star Wars Celebration.
Our server was nice and patient, while we waited on friends who took far too long to get there.
Beer specials were cheap and the establishment itself was clean and well out together. Decor was comfortable, but not stuffy, and the music was perfect volume.
10/10 will eat there again next time I go to Orlando.response / report this review
