I visited Aquatica with my family on our recent holiday to Orlando, Florida.

Our family had a great, enjoyable day out and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The park has a nice, relaxed atmosphere and there's plenty of fun to be had.

My personal favorites were Roa's Rapids and the wave pool, which both were among the best in the water parks we visited. Even if the temperatures can drop a bit late in the season, the water is heated to a pleasant temperature.

While you're not allowed to bring your own food and drink to the park, I found prices to be reasonable, certainly for the all-day refill drinks.

All in all a great day out, both for those who love to be in the water, and those who would rather sit and soak up the sunshine.

I took my family here back in April 2017 for the first time and we really enjoyed the park. The park is nice and clean with lots to do. They have a great selection of rides for all ages and the shows were really great. The food prices are very high as usual for a theme park. The landscaping was great and looked well taken care of. We'll be back for sure.

This is an excellent park for the price. Definitely recommend getting the discount from buying the ticket a day in advance online. There are fewer rides here, but the lines are short and the experience is quite good. Far better than going to the larger parks and waiting in line more than enjoying the ride.

Lovely family friendly water park. Had an excellent afternoon. Was surprised by heavy parking cost when the Disney equivalent water parks are free. Also if you wish to use some of the slides there are many many flights of stairs to climb whilst carrying large double rings which seemed incredibly dangerous whilst trying to hold the hand rail and stay balanced and guide youngsters up. Perhaps a more modern conveyer system to carry rings to the top would be a good H and S investment.

We have had passes to this park since it opened. It's so fun, big and the water is heated in the cold season. For the summer it does get packed so you should get there at least 30 min to an hour before they open to be close to the front of the line as possible. If you wait till opening time, you either won't get in, or you'll be stuck with the crappy parking and no seats available inside. The slides are fun, and the children's section is really cool. The food is OK - that's one area that could use some work; but you can bring your own food and snack which will save you money. I really prefer this park over Adventure Island. Also they have the option of their version of fast pass for certain rides which is totally worth it on the popular ones. Every one should check this place out.

Me and my family went to Aquatica for a day out and had to go home in the middle of the day due to blazing heat and no places under the shade. Not only was it busy to walk around, the lines went all the way down the stairs and out into the path with an hour plus wait. The floor was very hot to walk on which made walking without shoes unbearable. However, I've been previously when there has been less people and had a great time, hence the 4 stars. It's a good place if you go on a non busy day.

A fab day out in the heat, a couple of weeks after Irma and not to busy, so NO QUEUES! Great rides and plenty of stuff to do for all ages, biggies and littlies. And being quiet it was easy to find shade under the big umbrellas. Easy to find your way about, and the variety lines up for a good day. Even the food was cooked fresh and tasty.
Some of the staff are really friendly and chatty but some looked bored silly, (pity).
With a 14 day pass, good value. Cash free bands are great help in the park. We'll be back.

Only bad points: $17 parking and $10 locker (which are both a bit steep); if you go by bus, expect 1-2 hours to get back depending on your route (ours was Route E)

We had such a great time here! They have a great children's area where they can be entertained continuously. We were skeptical at first but this trip turned out to be amazing. The rapids was so much fun and you can stay on it forever! It's fun with our without the life jacket. I suggest making a trip here at least once.

Very nice park. Thought about getting a cabana but I am glad we didn't. We got there early enough and got loungers under the big umbrellas. For the amount of time we spent there it was just perfect. Quick queue was completely worth it. We also got the all day meal deal and it was definitely worth it since we ate lunch and dinner at the park. Fun day with the family!

Overall a great place. The best water park in the Orlando area. Much better than Disney and Universal. Very relaxing and chill atmosphere. Good variety of slides. Some high thrills and some more gentler ones. Animals in the park you can see up close and interact with. Or just chill in one of two lazy rivers.

This is easily one of my favorite water parks I have ever been to. All the slides are great. The dolphin plunge, I will say, isn't worth the wait. Although, if you are going to do it, ask for the left slide and LOOK LEFT! Do not take your eyes off of looking left, otherwise you won't see a dolphin. All the other slides are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this park and going with someone you love :)

Very cool waterpark with some dolphins. Other than that, it doesn't really have much to do with animals. The slides are fun, but the park feels small and can easily be conquered in half a day. You'll find most of the seating in the sand by the wave pool. Food and drink prices are pretty consistent with most of the other parks in the area.

We had a great time here. Most of the employees were very nice, and we love the kids area! We asked if we could go up in the kids area with our little girl and they told us we could ride all of the slides there as well. We had a great time!

Haven't been there in a few years, it was a blast! Although the bag checking is horrible. You can pretty much sneak in whatever you want. I understand that there's a lot of people & a lot of bags to check but people still sneak in alcohol & other things.

We got the day passes but decided to go for the year passes, it was super easy to upgrade. The lifeguards respond very quickly & there is hundreds of them all over the place! The fact that u can bring pretty much whatever you want is such an advantage & it saves you so much money.

Also we noticed it was very cool inside even though it was 100 degrees outside! So no matter how hot it gets Aquatics will always be the place to get away from the heat!

Really clean, fun rides and great food, very inexpensive and food was delicious. No thongs allowed, they must have bent the rules for today.. .plenty of thongs bouncing around. Not too cool for a family park. Great day to go, mid week, hardly any lines. You need a locker for $10, well worth it. Bring your own towels, as they charge you $5 for rental. So hot you really don't need them anyway. Will definitely visit again!!
