  This was a terrible experience. First, they told me to submit my needs through their website when contacted by phone. When I did this, I never received confirmation of my order so I called and they told me that I needed to email them and not use the website submission fieldlike the lady told me to initiallyNext, they said the delivery window was between 11-4PM. They showed up at 7:30, after my office closed, and then had the nerve to call me and ask if anyone was still at the office. Luckily the doorman was able to let them up and in so the racks could be delivered. Then, they called me back to tell me that to of the seven racks I ordered were missing wheels. So useless. They then said they could just take the two that didn't have wheels back. Since I ordered 7 racks because I needed 7 racks, that wasn't going to work so then they said they would send someone out to fix the racks. The next day came and went without them showing to fix the wheels.like I could keep going but you know the end of this story. Long story short, they came to pick up the racks, showed up just before 5PM, and then were very rude and disrespectful to the woman working the front desk and didn't change their tone until a male coworker came around the corner to confront them AVOID AVOID AVOID

  Just rented tables and chairs from Millennium Steel and everything was great.. driver showed up on time to deliver SUPER nice.. Highly recommend!!

  I have worked with Millennium Steel and rack 4 times, this last time was a complete disaster which cost me a few hundred extra. They no longer deliver if you have stairs, so we hired movers to assist, not a problem. I was told by there person i was corresponding with it would be an early afternoon delivery. Therefore we booked movers to help from 1-4pm, the delivery showed up at 9:30am. I specifically said no one will be there before noon, they did not listen or care and sent them anyway. They then proceeded to yell at me when i would call to check in, the drivers said they would come at 1pm, they came close to 6pm. I had to pay double the amount to the movers helping which I can't blame them. However the complete lack of responsibility and zero communication was shocking. I had the same disastrous ordeal during pick up. The people I was dealing did not care and every person had a different answer on when my delivery would come, which would be fine but since we had to coordinate with movers it was a nightmare. Never again will be or our company work with them again. Horrible Customer Service, they don't care once the order is paid for.
