Horrible. I could of done better myself. Then I asked the lady to clean my nails up b.c. apparently she was done, and she just put a bunch of oil on my fingers. STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR NAILS JUST THE MONEY.

After getting a shellac manicure which generally last at least a week I noticed mine began to chip not even 24 hours later also noticing the nail tech missed putting the shellac coating over half of my nail. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. It was a waste of my money and I will not be returning. I don’t not generally write reviews but I was so unimpressed I felt that others need to be cautioned not to go here.

The "nail tech" made negative comments about my feet, and admitted it. Then she, along with every employee in the salon, proceeded to make fun of the tattoo on my ankle. The customer service was curt, rude and unprofessional. I am a stay-home mom of three children, so treating myself to a pedicure is a rare occurrence. Needless to say, this experience was absolutely terrible. Instead of being pampered, I was embarrassed. Edited to add - save your money and go to a reputable, professional salon and spa. This "establishment" should be closed -- it's a farce. I reported my experience to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and I recommend fellow patrons who had a negative experience to do the same.

i went into to get my shellac redone since my last was way past due for a another, the guy was very rude, and did my shellac very sloppy. he literally got it all over the ends of my fingers. i tried to fix it by chipping off the access and i could literally pull of the shellac like normal polish. i am NEVER going back to that place. very unhappy

Worst nail salon I've been to. I received a pedicure. Through the whole pedicure he was making jokes about my feet. Water was all over the floor. The lady across from me started having her bowl overflow all over the floor. When I got up I slipped on water, slammed my toe into the bin next to me, and he just sighed at me. I sat at the dryer and he tried getting me to pay and I pointed out that my toes were all messed up from slipping. He sighed and quickly slapped color on it. Thankfully I have a dark purple on my toes, so you don't notice the smudges at a distance. After he painted them again he went to another lady working there, pointed at me and sighed shaking his head. Currently my toe is bleeding from the slip. Worst customer service ever. I will not be back.

Worst experience I ever had , went to get my nails done ( new set of pink and white tips) never in my life have someone done my nails in less then 10 minutes!!! , I walk out of there horrified!! All nails were different length, shape and they look super fake !! the sides where all sharp like i could really hurt someone with them, lady who helped me seems like her shift was about to be over and she just wanted to be done with me! $40 wasted!! The following week went to another nails salon and have then taking them all off and got a whole new set, couldn't be happier!! Amazing job!!

I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. the workers are rude and treat you like they don't want to do your nails. It's a married couple that work there. The wife is very polite and made me feel welcomed but when I returned for a fill in she was not there. The rest of the staff treated me like I was gum at the bottom of of their shoe. My nails were VERY ugly! The man pretended that he couldn't speak or understand English almost the entire time that I was getting my nails done. Until another woman came in. He flirted with her the WHOLE TIME! Even making jokes about her son looking like him. & When I asked him questions & stuff he acted like I annoyed him. It was just a very awkward experience & I'm sad that I wasted my money there! The man was rude & VERY rough with my nails! I had to say something to him about it, or my nails would've been even worse than they turned out. My acrylic was lumpy, he buffed my nails too much (I thought he was going to make a hole in my actual nail), my polish was poorly painted, & he shaped and cut my nails before asking me what I wanted. They won't get a red cent out of me EVER again!

I've been loyal to my nail salon for years until I moved, but 3 days ago, I found myself in the mall and needing a manicure and shellac polish change.
Immediately a man approached me and said 'Hey baby, what can I do for you?' He called me 'baby' throughout the whole encounter, which made me uncomfortable, so I told him my name was Gina. He saw me looking at the color change polish and said 'oh baby, that is fun polish, it is mood polish and changes color'. I chose that polish.
As I was sitting down at his station, another woman entered the salon and greeted him - she wanted him to do her service. It was obvious that she was a regular client and was used to him doing her nails. He told her it would be 'a couple minutes', and he wasn't lying. He flew through my manicure. My cuticles looked awful. He then flew through painting my nails. It was sloppy and went into my cuticles that he didn't trim well. I wish I could post pictures. It didn't look great and I wasn't happy, but wasn't going to say anything. 2 days later, my shellac polish started 'lifting' on several nails. Not chipping, lifting. I'm assuming it's because he painted my damn cuticles.
I went back there to ask them to fix my nails today, and the man took great offense. He was rude, unprofessional, and even laughed at me. The woman redoing my nails was rude and speaking Vietnamese to the other workers. I found out later that she is actually the owner, though when asked if I could speak to the owner, she said that he wasn't there. I ended up just leaving, and wasn't happy. I've never encountered such rudeness in an establishment in my entire life. Avoid this place at all costs - the work is sloppy, you'll be sexually harrassed, then lied to. Definitely not worth the money.response / report this review -

Worst pedicure ever! Paid $25 for a 15 minute pedicure! Only applied one coat of nail polish and quickly slapped on a top coat. My nails honestly looked better when I came in! VERY disappointed

My go to nail spot in the town. I always get the same quality no matter who I get. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. Thumbs up!

I love this place! I'm so glad I want to here, it was an adorable salon, the chairs where is the best thing I've ever seen very relaxing. The technician did an absolutely amazing job on my nails and I'm still picking, but I couldn't imagine coming up with a single complaint. It's all worth it!

I have tried other places but this is by far my favorite! The lady was amazing and we both very happy! I love the snowflakes design! So adorable! Really excited! Highly recommend
