I cant give 0 stars but best believe if i could i WOULD..

These people are money hungry. My lease was up October 2021 so i moved out YET they're trying to get me to pay for December 2021. I was LONG GONE. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Its on my credit report! They are NOT getting a PENNY out of me.The D*** apartment was infested with ROACHES and i made numerous COMPLAINTS and they did NOTHING. The ac unit didnt even work. The complex had RATS EVERYWHERE AND I MEAN EVERY WHERE. The white women in the office was rude AF. They KEPT my deposit to top it off. They got caught stealing people's money for rent as well. Not only that, they put a eviction letter on my door and i wasnt wasn't even living in the apartment. I turned my keys in and to the white women that worked in the office.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I don't even reside at Millcreek, but the staff just like the apartments, low income and need to be gutted, rebuilt, and have better people in position. I am only speaking on the staff at the property Not the residents. Straight Garbage, and No I am not calling or emailing nobody but the Head, not the tail.

Me and my wife live in a Mill Creek apartments. We ask the maintenance man to come fix our AC problem. They fixed it with no problem. We haven’t had any problems ever since I enjoy living in Mill Creek Apartments. I have a great Partman section that I live in we all work together and keep it clean a Mill Creek apartment deserve a five-star.

I signed my lease on August 1st. It took almost a week just to get a stove and refrigerator(that’s supposed to come with the unit). I still don’t have a shower rod(supposed to come with the unit). The air doesn’t work. And all the leasing staff asks, “ Have you put in a work order”.They don’t care about nothing but collecting rent.I regret ever moving here

I wish no stars was a option. I only moved over here to keep my section 8 voucher and to stay in the Whitehaven area. I regret I had to move over here. These people do not keep the grounds clean, it stay cut but what’s the point when the whole parking lot trashed out and the dumpsters too. Maintenance man do not fix nothing. All they do is ride around on that golf cart pretending like they working. Worst Apartments in America is a better name for this complex in all honesty.
