  this place sucks order a door and they charged me 3x over the price the dealer was selling for cheaper don't waste your time here your better off buying new from the dealer

  BIG SHOUT OUT IN THANKS to Mandy and Nasir with Flat Rock Auto Salvage! Purchased a salvaged Navigation w/ CD unit for my 2007 Honda Accord at a great price and now my baby and I are Jammin down the the road in the right direction again :-)

  Called about a part I need to get my car running and they said come in with it so I did but when I got there they had the door locked and wouldn't come to the door and it was only 330. thanks for wasting my time

  I bought a door lock actuator for a decent price of $150, Toyota wanted $500. They seem nice and all at first, but then I get the part and the connector is broken. I go back to return it and the paperwork clearly says with receipt there is a full refund if product is defective and returned within 30 days. I come back to return it with all requirements met and they want to give me $125 back in store credit! How could they? Just called the credit card company and got my money back. I do not recommend to anyone! Not worth it.

  The girl that works there was very nice. The prices were Fair. I was a happy customer until the guy inside decided to say the "F" word in front of my six-year-old son.

  Good price ,good Customer service, but the guy that pulled the part out for me look very unprofessional and grumpy, without the right tools for the job and while pulled out the part he broke part of the conections.

  This place only sells parts complete. Example: I wanted to buy and over voltage protection relay. Amazon wants 15.00 new. This place wants 100.00 used. They sell it with complete harness. (never heard of that before )I guess that's one way to make money!

  What a waste of time! spent 2 weeks trying to get parts, they promise to email, call back, send pics, etc. No one calls back, no one emails. once you place your order, they decide they can't send it anymore and no one calls to tell you your order was cancelled.
