Had a 2013 XTS that they quoted me wrong on the transmission warranty so they could avoid fixing it. Cheap
Awful service they denied fixing my 2015 Cadillac because we're a small dealership which has never happened even at another Chevy dealership. Terrible people
Friendly and helpful staff, went in to look at a car wondering the model and ended up buying a car. They offered great rebates and couldn't pass up the deal. Love my new Buick Encore!
Good costumer service.

When I first started taking my H2 Hummer for service work to this facility, it was spectacular! Everything about my experiences was truly just TOP NOTCH! My Service Rep did a fabulous job in every aspect. After many visits for service work, they still continued to provide truly a 5+ Star service.
After about 2 years (my truck just seems to keep falling apart), however, things started to go noticeably down hill. My truck was in their facility for the usual repairs, and a "Check-Up" on a report of a smell of Antifreeze, after I had just had a BRAND NEW engine installed at their facility.
I had taken my truck in, and had to call several times over a couple of days and left several voice-mails for them call me I wanted to discuss the services I wanted done, in addition to the inspection for the antifreeze leak. I tried for several days, and yet no phone calls were ever returned.
A few days later, I was there to pick up a rental car, I mentioned to (Rental Car Manager) that I was unhappy, but NOT mad about the lack of communication I from their staff. Now, INSTEAD of informing me that my service Rep had been off on medical leave, (like a REAL professional would), she instead decided to bad mouth him, and tell me that numerous people had been making the same complaints about him. while making no mention of his medical leave.
She then asked if I wanted her to tell Chris, (Dept Head Manager), that I was unhappy, and that I wanted transferred to a different Service Rep. - I replied to her a VERY specific, and firm "NO", that was not necessary and I did not want my service Rep to get into any trouble. I did however ask her if she could mention to the Service Manager that I would just like to start receiving more adequate communication. - She agreed.
A couple of days later, I received a call from another Service Rep, and was told that she would be my new service Rep because I had made a request to not to work with my previous service rep anymore WHICH IS A LIE!
I told the new service Rep that I did not request this, and that I did indeed still wish to work with my previous service Rep, but she had informed me that he was leaving and being transferred to another Dept.
By now I realized that I was right in the middle of some High School drama, between two childish, and unprofessional women, and that the best employee they had was suffering because I was drug into their drama with absolutely no knowledge about what was going on behind the scenes.
After I spoke with the Service Manager, and told him MY side of the story, and the childish games and lies that was taking place, the car rental manager called me on my cell phone to tell me that I was no longer allowed to rent cars from there while my truck is being fixed This is OBVIOUS retaliation from the car rental manager.
This place has two EXTREMELY unprofessional people working there, and management doesn't seem to have any desire to fix their internal problems.

UPDATE: 7/5/2017
Since my initial review, I have started to revisit the Mike Raiser facility.
The Service Department is now under new management, and they have since replaced some of their previous employees with a very professional and friendly crew of people.
I have had the chance to have a very productive and positive "one on one" with the new Service Dept Manager whose name is John, and he made me feel very valuable as a customer by intently and sincerely listening to my concerns, and expressing his desire to make things right.
Since I have been back, I have not had a single bad experience with anyone there, and their communication with me regarding service repairs has been top notch!
Both the new staff and those remaining from previous visits are very friendly, and professional indeed. I receive very informative and timely updates regarding repairs, and maintenance.
With the new Service manager, and staff in place, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility for your vehicle service/repairs.
Took my 2013 to their service department for a possible drivetrain warranty repair.
Before dropping off for service i checked out basic problems including oil level. Long story short-
Somehow 2 qts of oil disappeared from my engine in the 12 miles i drove it to their shop. Searched for leaks- none
Checked drain plug- it had been cleaned off.
I bought two qts of oil to refill the engine ( which i added myself)
They kept car for two days and said they could not replicate the problem we brought it to them for.
Charged me $80 for " diagnosis"
Problem returned in way hime from their shop.
We've bought several vehicle from the auto group and have ALWAYS been taken care of before, during, and after the sale. Unfortunately not many dealerships follow through, and this has never been the case at the Raisor Automotive group. Ken Richards is a wonderful salesman to work with!
Took my truck in for service and they were spot-on
great service and sales. extremely helpful
When I first started taking my H2 Hummer for service work to this facility, it was spectacular! Everything about my experiences was truly just TOP NOTCH!
My Service Rep, was TJ, and TJ did a fabulous job in every aspect. After many visits for service work, preventative and regular maintenance work, TJ even started to discount my services, and provided truly a 5+ Star service.
After about 2 years (my truck just seems to keep falling apart), however, things started to noticeably go a little down hill. This drastic change was during a medical leave of absence from work that TJ had no choice but to take. Keep in mind, that I was completely unaware of TJ's medical leave of absence, until AFTER this snowball effect of bad service started to transpire.
My truck was in their facility for the usual repairs, and a "Check-Up" on a report of a smell of Antifreeze, after I had just had a BRAND NEW engine installed at their facility.
I had taken my truck in, and left several voice-mails for TJ to call me, as I wanted to discuss the services I wanted done, in addition to the inspection for the antifreeze leak. I tried for days, and no phone calls were ever returned.
A few days later, I was there to pick up a rental car, I mentioned to Jessica (Rental Car Manager) that I was unhappy, but NOT mad about the lack of communication I from their staff. Now, INSTEAD of Jessica informing me that TJ had been off on medical leave, (like a REAL professional would), she instead decided to bad mouth TJ, and tell me that numerous people had been making the same complaints.
She then asked if I wanted her to tell Chris, (Dept Head Manager), that I was unhappy, and that I wanted transferred to a different Service Rep. - I replied to her a VERY specific, and firm "NO", that was not necessary and I did not want TJ to get into trouble. I did however ask her if she could mention to their Chris that I would just like to start receiving more adequate communication. - She agreed.
A couple of days later, I received a call from a Service Rep named Janet, and was told by Janet, that she would be my new Service Rep because I had made a request to not to work with TJ anymore WHICH IS A LIE!
I told Janet that I did not request this, and that I did indeed still wish to work with TJ, but she had informed me that TJ was leaving and being transferred to another Dept. Janet then took the time to review with me, the entire list of services that I had brought my truck in for, as she wanted to make sure that everything on the list was correct.
I later went back into the facility, and had a chance to speak directly with TJ. This is when everything started to make sense TJ told me that both Jessica, and Janet, had some sort of personal vendetta against him (I am guessing only because he was a much better employee, and they were perhaps jealous.) TJ went on to explain that both Jessica, and Janet had "Had It Out For Him", for some time, and that he felt as though they were both working together to get him to quit, or leave.
Now I realized that I was right in the middle of High School drama, between two childish, and unprofessional women, and that the best employee they had was suffering because I was drug into their drama with absolutely no knowledge about what was going on behind the scenes.
After I spoke with Chris, and told him MY side of the story, and the childish games and lies that Jessica was telling, Jessica called me on my cell phone to tell me that I can no longer allowed to rent cars from there while my truck is being fixed And Janet still won't return any phones calls. EVERY-TIME I call there, she ALWAYS had "JUST Stepped Out" - And someone else returns my call. This is OBVIOUS retaliation from Jessica! - And probably even Janet, who NEVER smiles.
This place has some EXTREMELY unprofessional women working there, and they don't seem to have any desire to fix their internal problems either.
