Good product, good service. Don't love the message creator software though. Not very user friendly. Small problem overall though, as it is still possible to do most of what you want your message to do with some trial and error.

Supper easy to program and update. Hardest thing is learning your local regulations but the sign program is very easy to learn. Download the clip art to have easy access to already made pictures and animations.

The group at Watchfire were great to work with. They took the time to explain things to us and showed us where to go online to find information if we had any questions. Anytime we had a question about how to do something they were always there and ready to walk us through anything we needed. We love our sign and have great response to it from our clients and community!

Outstanding sign. We have heard hundreds of positive comments from our customers and the benefits of being able to post multiple messages every day, rather than one manual message per week, is immeasurable. Not only do we benefit from frequent, current messaging, but the color graphics draw attention that our old sign couldn't.

Excellent product and excellent customer service. The sign is straight-forward to use for a reasonably technical person. Any of the areas where we needed help with technical questions Watchfire has been great answering all of our questions. Would definitely recommend this product.

We LOVE our Watchfire Sign! It's so easy to program different messages and we love that we can change our messages whenever we want to - from the comfort of our desk!

Hands down the worst service from their company reps that you can imagine. They use one horse small companies that lack the ability to properly provide service after the sale. As a municipality we do not have the time to chase service providers all over the state of Michigan. Never again.

Their job descriptions discriminate against foreign students with visas (OPT, H1-B etc.) who are LEGALLY AUTHORIZED to work in the U.S.A.
