I had my best pair of glasses with a rare type of reflective lenses. Very professional staff, very caring and accommodating. Thanks to all and in particular to Page Ford. I tried many lense options and she kept working with me untill I was 100% happy. Thanks again Page.

I have never had so much trouble getting glasses. I came here because my husband wanted to try it. When I first got my glasses they gave me a headache. When I saw the doctor again he told me he had to make them strong enough to last me 2 years. I did not accept this excuse. The next pair made my eye twitch. When I returned my glasses, my refund was not given when they said it would. Then promises were made to make it right but never followed through. On top of that when my husband went for his glasses, they didn't give us options. They just put the most expensive package together for him. When working with the office manager, he kept lying to me and giving me the run around. Nothing was truly resolved until my American husband got involved. Do they just treat Mexicans this way? I have no idea but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

AMAZING team of doctors and eye clinicians. I have a somewhat challenging situation with my eyes and the time and dedication is so good! Thank you for all you do! The positive energy of the staff working there, from receptionist to glasses area, is felt!
