On the negative side, we went in to order flowers for my Mom's funeral. Waited in there over 10 minutes and didn't get the first person to acknowledge we were even in there.

When you can get service, their flowers are nice

I live more than 4 hours away from Danville and wanted to send flowers to a wonderful volunteer we have in the Danville area. I wasn't sure which florist to choose. I am thrilled to have chosen your shop. I received a beautiful picture today from my volunteer. We are both so pleased with the colorful beautiful arrangement you delivered. Thank you and I will use your company again.

Not happy. For one thing they didn't include mylar balloon which was paid for. Flowers were dull and lifeless..picture had beautiful vibrant fall colors. Card had typing errors. Only good thing was delivered on time. Order 35919.

Thank you to Anker Florist for going out of their way to accommodate my last minute delivery order. In my opinion, their name upholds a superb reputation. For those of you who want fair pricing, kind & friendly service as well as honest business, Anker is the place to go. I no longer live in Danville, but I remembered their name from childhood up until now. That is because I recall hearing, "Call Anker Florist and order." whenever & for whatever occasion flowers were needed. I hope they will continue to stay in business for years & years to come.

One of my friend's weddings the flowers were great with no problems. very pretty, on time, no problems

The 2nd wedding, I was in. And the flowers couldn't have been more wrong. 1st thing, when something the bride wants in particular like: white lilacs comes in molded, don't just put fake flowers in it without telling her, especially after she tells you that she thinks fake flowers look ugly and would rather substitute. 2nd thing: how can you FORGET to make the flowers, when one of the groomsmen came to pick them up they were just making them and had to wait to them to finish, and that was a half an hour before the wedding. 3rd thing, check your receipt: Every little thing on the receipt was incorrect. The brides bouquet was supposed to be cascading with red roses, red lilies, and white lilacs. It was not wrapped and cut her hands on the wire and untrimmed thorns you didn't have time to cut. The brides bouquet was not cascading, and did not have red lilies in it, it looked like a larger version of all the bridesmaids, which is not what she wanted. Fake lilacs were in all the bouquets. It made the bride cry, she thought her flowers were regular and ugly with the fake flowers. Also the mothers bouquets were wrong, they were supposed have one with 2 different types of flowers and the other with 2 different types of flowers (their favorites), each were supposed to have a dozen. Well they wound up getting the exact same bouquets with 3 roses and 2 irises wow. really?
