Very good ppl here, the tech talked to me about what u needed, showed everything he was going to do and all the parts he was gonna use, and the lobby/lounge area was nice and cozy with a flat screen and leather couches. Wasn't there long, car sounds and runs great. They bought new life to my 225k wagon

I had a dream last night that I was a muffler. I woke up exhausted. These folks do good work though in all seriousness. Great prices and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.

These Specialists in exhaust repair are the way to go. They treat your vehicle as if its their own. I was told by other shops that my entire exhaust system needed replacing buy they said no thats simply not the case and got the job done quick and for much less. A year later the repairs are still 100%. I do not live near them anymore but I make the trip when needed because I trust them. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars because I don't know what a 5 star exhaust repair shop would entail.

I knew prior to going there that I had a leak in the flex pipe and my car was running a little loud because of it. Once the mechanic looked at the car I feel like he exaggerated on how bad the leak and sound was. He said he could fix it an hour for $180. Well 25 minutes later I was out of there, happy that it was fixed but I know full well it wasn't a $180 job. Maybe if I was a guy he would have given me a better price. I feel like I got robbed.

Mighty Muffler is, without a doubt, the best auto repair shop in Wilmington. They are honest and go above and beyond when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. They staff high quality mechanics.
They have the best prices AND do the best work. Very quick turn around for getting your car back. I've brought my car and my wife's car here for the past 3 years and will never go anywhere else again. Nelson, the owner, and Sean, mechanic, are very helpful and want the best for you and your car. Both are honest and stand by their integrity.

Any time I have come to this shop, whether its easy routine maintenance or in my most recent experience (having a transmission replaced) The staff and owner are always welcoming and knowledgeable. Quick turn around and expert service. Nelson goes above and beyond the call of duty. I'm new to the area and was looking for a shop I can trust. I can tell you my experience has been these guys operate with integrity and are not out for a quick buck. Thank you Mighty Muffler!

True Business integrity, went in for an oil change and fluid top off and the work was done quickly and properly. Unfortunately an issue was found upon picking up the vehicle. The owner took responsibility without any argument and offered to resolve the issue with no additional charge. This business shows true integrity and customer service. I am very pleased with how they handle themselves and suggest anyone needing service to give Mighty Muffler a visit.

First time dealing with this business. I highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could. Called here after the dealership that services my car told me it needed an $875 repair and parts would have to be ordered (which also meant a return trip for the repair). Was able to get an appointment for an estimate at Mighty Muffler the same day. They diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and were able to do the work right then & there, and had it done in a flash. Saved me $735 and eradicated the loud, embarrassing noise my car was making. Nice people, clean facility. Was happy to hear they do all kinds of repairs, not just exhaust. Will return for future needs.
