  Lawn care has always been timely and well done every season. Last weekend I asked for additional help with weeds and general clean up. Within two days three young ladies were sent out, and they did a beautiful job!!! Thanks E.J.

  I contacted Underwood nursery to have a tree stump ground. This is my first time needing a service like this so I had no idea what to expect. A crew of three men came prepared with heavy equipment and rakes. The operator of the tree stump grinding machine was a professional! The crew members worked together to get the job done quickly. No short cuts were taken. They carefully removed the debris and left my yard in better condition! This company deserves an A+! I would highly recommend them.

  I was away in AF helping the war on terrorism effort. I contacted underwood nursery before I had left on my tour to help me maintain my yard. While I was over there I asked if they could do some landscaping for me and I was put in contact with Mark Underwood. After talking with Mark in details about what I wanted I signed his agreement and put half down. One of the landscaping items was a rock wall on my north east property line. The purpose of this was was to build a rock wall and back fill behind it to help remove a small slope (34" at the back of the yard to 0" at the street) on the property line so my yard and driveway along that side of the yard would be flat, the slope would be gone and the yard along the wall more useable. After talking with Mark in great detail about this Mark said he knew exactly what I wanted and I would be very happy with what he would install. What Mark installed was a single file line of rocks about 12" high place on the existing grass. This line of single file rocks did not remove the slope along the property line. Mark did not even excavate a footing so now the grass is growing up around this line of rocks and has become a maint nightmare!! This is not what I wanted!! I have contacted Mark about this 4 times in the last year. The last time I talked with Mark I told him to just go pick his rocks back up and return my money for that portion of the work. Mark said he would look into with his field guy and get back to me. Mark will not return my calls or answer the phone when I call. I have contacted an attourney to sue underwood nursery.
