Had a great experience, which is saying a lot given I was at a doctor's office. The staff were incredibly kind and professional and treated me like they had known me for years even though I had never been to this facility before. I was completely impressed and will not seek care anywhere else.

One small complaint I do have is the lengthy wait for results. When I would call to check in, 7 days after, and I could never talk with anyone who would give me any help with understanding where in that process my results were, I was just told repetitively, "Oh you have to wait until so many days and you'll be called." That piece did frustrate me very much. I do understand it takes 7-10 days, however it would be helpful if staff could take the time to tell you more information so you aren't as stressed.

I come to this clinic often and have seen Dr. Taormina and his nurses on a regular basis. They are always clean, personal but also very professional. The entire staff is great: Stephanie, Karla, Reba, Sherlynn, Rebecca, Megan, and Dr. Taormina. They are so supportive and helpful. :)

Friendly, clean. Comfortable waiting areas with TV. Xfinity WiFi as well their own they give a password for.

The first and third Saturday of every month they're open from 8 to noon.

My experience was excellent. I had a procedure for reflux. I will be returning for a colonoscopy in a month or so. I am confident in the doctors and staff will be no less than excellent.

I met with the PA Meghan and she was highly professional and knowledgeable. She gave me adequate time and answered all of my questions. She was patient and thorough. For the first time in a very long time, I felt that I left a medical office with a good understanding and plan for managing not only my current symptoms, but also a long term plan for how to proceed in taking care of my self and understanding which tests may be needed. If I have any additional GI concerns I will definitely return to this office and would recommend the PA Meghan to others.

Great clinic for colonoscopy and endoscopy! Nurses were great, Dr was too. PA Megan was also great for following up. Will never go anywhere else for this procedure.

I'll lead by saying Doctor Taormina did the procedure today and was wonderful, but we will avoid his colleague at any costs. If our experience had ended with Doctor Taormina, I'd be leaving 5 stars. With that said

I would strongly detour anyone from using Doctor McCullough for any issues unless you enjoy being talked down to and a high level of arrogance in your Physician. My Husband was seen this afternoon for a EGD, the paperwork we received stated we were to call the On-Call # if there were list of symptoms including vomiting & nausea. He had had some breathing issues following the procedure so I was extra cautious and called once the vomiting began.

My first call was at 5:58, no call back. My second at 6:45, still no call back. My third at 7:18, the answering service said they would call the on-call doctor while I was put on hold. She came back & stated she had to leave a message.

I received a call at 7:22. I explained he was vomiting following a procedure and was asked if we had anti-nausea medication on hand. We do, as I was just pregnant, and he suggested I offer Zofran (is it customary to suggest giving another individual's prescription to another Patient?). He THEN asked what procedure my Husband had had. No questions about any other symptoms or pre-existing health conditions. When I told him the reason for the test he began to argue with me that the nausea was a pre-existing issue to which I assured him while it may be a symptom of the condition in question, it was not one He had previously been experiencing.

I ended the call beyond frustrated and was immediately called back to see if I had additional questions as it was obvious I was dissatisfied. It was at that time I explained I was not impressed that it had taken me an hour and a half to get a call back to which I was informed by Doctor McCullough that he had a life.
