Hotel clean, fresh and casual. Staff were amazing. However I do feel sorry for this Hotel in this particular location. What we didn’t expect is the amount of homeless and drugs going on all around the beach front. Including around the outside of our hotel. I suppose it’s a hipster image they want here? And maybe “cool” for those in their 20s?! For my fiancé and I (in our early 40s) we did not enjoy the dirty street people all hanging around outside seeking money gifts. I would not stay here again due to that but the hotel is lovely and the staff were so wonderful.

The worst Hotel ever .. NO AIR!! Might as well not even have any employees they are useless and rude as hell. The "Manager" or what ever will not return a call or a message and acts like a child when a customer wants to reach him. Only 1 outlet in your room without having to unplug ya TV just unplug your outdated appliances to charge ya phone. Elevator is slow and sounds like its about to break any moment.noisy environment around you from the alehouse and loud drunks so much for a vacation terrible bed it's a solid rock hip hurts from it. No onsite parking u have to park 10 min from the hotel and its 12 more a day. Just stay far away from this place wish I would have known. Your welcome.

Great place! breathtaking views of the ocean from our window, so glad we picked this place before heading back home to Australia after traveling America for a month An absolute treat! Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay! I stayed here for one night of our honeymoon and they were great to us and even gave us a unexpecting bottle of wine to celebrate with. There was a excellent view of the ocean! LOVED IT!

Everything is so wrong. Cheap bed, cheap desk, plates from IKEA. The simplest possible shower. Not enough power sockets. No bedside tables. Very thin walls and ceilings - your neighbors departing for an early flight will wake you up. A lot of noise from the street. Hobos all around the building. The room was clean, no complains here. Nice view of the ocean if you get an ocean view room.

The beds are terrible! It's great that they have keyless entry! Great View of the beach thought. Pricey place for not having great beds, don't think I will check in here again because of the beds.

This place has the best location, the decor is outrageous & so very clean. If I had 2 pick my favorite thing, it would be the staff. Everyone, every shift was better than great, so professional but so down to earth. We come 2 Venice at least twice a year & this will be the only place we will stay. We LOVE LOVE Air Venice

We stayed in the beach front studio. Beautiful views. The room was clean. 3 stars only because there is no dedicated parking and no AC.

Great location if you are looking for the beach vibe of California! The oceanfront room had the best view ever - watch the sunset, sunrise, the bohemian flow of people, bikers, skaters, the surfers in the parking lot. The room had everything I needed, the staff was nice and helpful if i had questions. It is a 15 minute walk from Abbott Kinney where you will find many great shops, boutiques and restaurants. A great place to hang out.

Great location, right next to the beach. Awesome views. Very spacious rooms. Things that weren't great: electrical plugs were scarce and in awkward locations in the room, and the street was a bit noisy during they day (but it was fine at night)

Amazing views from our 4th floor room which was a lovely size with a kitchenette. Clean and bright.
It's right on the Broadway, perfect location and walkable to Santa Monica pier.

Love this place. Chill Vibes. People at the front desk are always very friendly and laid back. Ive had an ocean view from every room I've stayed in the past 4 times I've been here. I thought they just liked me a lot or something but im beginning to realize the building was built in such a way that every one gets an ocean view.

We really enjoyed our time at Air Venice! Room is equipped with cookware, everything you need to prepare your own meals if you'd rather stay in with your significant other, not to mention the beachfront view! Walking distance to the beach and very friendly staff! Only downfall was the parking arrangement. Stay here highly recommended!

This place is great, if your looking for an on the beach experience and don't want to spend much. Not your typical hotel, more like an apartment. I love how you get kitchenware, pots, pans and etc. Perfect for a short vacation or romantic getaway. My only negative is that the room could use a painting or two and maybe some type of colorful decor. There a small pub next door with fine beers, cocktails and food. Definitely say 4-5 stars.
