We love these guys! Ashley, Bill in service are awesome! Can’t forget Becky and Chad they are awesome as well!!! We bought a Jeep in Oct, another in November and got the granddaughter a car from them in January of 2015 and the service continues to be great!! Highly recommended!

I think the recent promotion was a great idea. Even though I didn’t win the television the smart watch was cool. As everyone knows this is how it goes but the staff and car buying experience were above reproach. I will definitely be back.

This was easily the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Chad was fantastic. There was no pressure and every question we had he had any answer for. He worked with us on our unique situation and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend using them when looking to buy a car.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge I found online on 7/24/2017. Chris Blum was my salesman and he was fantastic. He bent over backwards to make the purchase a very pleasant experience, answering all questions I had for him. Sales manager Chad was great to work with also. My only complaint (and the reason for the 4 star rating) was with the finance manager Brad who was so damned pushy trying to sell me the extended warranty that I almost walked on the deal. Other than that it was a great experience and I definitely would consider buying from them again and highly recommend them if you're looking to buy a vehicle. Great selection of very nice cars and trucks at very reasonable prices. Check them out. You won't be disappointed!

I had a pretty good experience with this place! Becky was able to help me out with my car buying experience. This dealership did not annoy me like others and actually put their cars at market Kelly Blue Book value instead of racking up the price. They made the car buying experience easy for me and made sure I got everything I needed to get my new car which I am in love with!!

This was the first place we went to look for a vehicle and not looking to purchase one.
When we arrived, we were very impressed with the staff and how friendly they were to my family.
Once we decided to make a purchase, the process was smooth.
We would definitely purchase another vehicle from them the next time. I highly recommend this dealership.

Saw the car that I wanted online on Thursday and flew to Kansas on Friday. They picked me up from the airport in the car that I was interested in to allow me time to test-drive it. It did not take long at all to purchase the vehicle, (I was a cash buyer so it might have taken longer if I needed financing). Chad, the manager, was quite accommodating and my salesman was Tyrone who was also very nice. The finance guy was a little heavy-handed in trying to sell the extended warranty but that's pretty much expected. I was willing to travel pretty much anywhere in the US as long as the deal was worth it and Midwest Auto had the best deal. Will definitely consider buying from them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone knows that car shopping can be overwhelming, stressful, and a little daunting. Midwest Auto Direct made the process easy and stress- free. After visiting 10 dealerships, this was my last stop. Their nice inventory and well priced vehicles, made it easy to choose a case. No pressure sales team. (Tyrone helped me) Chad helped with financing, and Chris processed the deal. I highly recommend them!!

I had a great experience. I was barely coming in the parking when Tyrone Taylor what already outside offering help to find a car the best fit my needs. Tyrone took his time to get to know what I liked and what I needed. He wasn't like any other seller that just trying to sell you whatever as long as they make their money. Tyrone not only help me find a car he helped me find a car that I made me happy and I liked. He made sure everything was good to go when it was time for to take my car. I highly recommend Tyrone Taylor. He keeps it real and he is funny. The dealer it self (Midwest Auto Direct) has really fair prices for both them and their costumers. I am extremely satisfied with the service Tyrone offered. Go, check him out!!!!!!!!

We bought our car here and had a great experience. The service was excellent. They even stayed an hour after the store closed to get our deal done even though we were the only ones there and they never complained once. The car has been excellent, with no issues at all. We will definitely look here first the next time we purchase a vehicle.

We had a fabulous experience purchasing our car. Josh was great in making sure we were well taken care of. Usually at dealerships you feel like it's us against the sales team not here!!! I really feel they gave us a fair deal and Josh wanted us to be happy and confident in our decision. The words "do we have a deal here or no" never came out.

The customer service following the purchase was even more top notch, the process was smooth and everyone treated us like family. Chad, the sales manager was so down to earth. The whole time I new I was making the right choice.

While there waiting for my new car a woman who obviously just purchased a car recently from them was getting some service work done (which was being taken care of by the great 3mo/3000 mile warranty) Chad was genuinely making sure she was still loving her car and the smile on her face said it all.

I would return in a heartbeat in fact I'm not sure I'll ever purchase somewhere else again. We went to many dealerships and 3x walked away because of poor customer service and pushy sales people. Do yourself a favor and shop here!
