Great diner. They have a good breakfast menu and specials. We visit every time we are in Pittsburgh.
Awesome breakfast food! First time ever I've had to pack some To Go
A nice family run classic style Diner where you see them cook your food and will find the same stuff all of the time.
Tasty Diner quality food at cheap prices in a clean, retro environment. However, the service was only slightly better than poor and the coffee tasted like dirty water.
Good food, fair price, classic atmosphere. Do you really want anything else out of a diner?
Friendly service and very tasty breakfast sandwich. I like my eggs over easy on my sandwich and they nailed it, surprisingly not too many places do.
I gave them a second chance today and still disappointed. Food is less than decent, the cooks are dirty, and an omelet for $7 without a side is stupid. My toast arrived by the time I was done with my omelet and it was cold. Really?! The potatoes (ordered separately) were bland factory cut cubes, something you'd find in the corner of an instant frozen dinner.
Dennys or Eat n Park tops this place, and that's sad to say.
Bella Ria's, Totins, Deluca's, or Pamela's blows them outa the water. The decor is full of dirt and grime and hasn't been updated, nor cleaned, since the 70s.
Don't waste your time.
Please make some changes!
Great food and prices, wonderful service
Have know Pete and Jerry for over 35 years. Met my future husband at valiants bar . Everything they do is perfect. The great service, people who work her and fantastic atmosphere because it is just fun.
The food just didn't taste good. No flavor. The blueberry pancakes tasted like they were made with unripe blueberries and the pancake itself tasted bland. Took forever to get our coffees and when we finally did, both of our cups had lipstick on the rim. Not stains, like actual lipstick residue that could be wiped off.
Food was good, but not great. A good value. I'll definitely return.
